It’s definitely the wind. The other swings have holes in which the air could flow through and they are much smaller. The big swing has no holes and it’s big the wind collides with the swing causing it to swing the way it does. The dad has to be smarter or he was just trying to go viral. Also you can see the other swings slightly being moved by the same wind.

Tricks of the light are very, very common. Looking at stuff in low light makes the brain see all kinds of stuff, it gets creepy very fast.

There was wind blowing in the clip with the swing the only reason the other swings are barely moving is because they're more aerodynamic and the larger swing has more of a surface area for the wind to push
