Thanks very much! This solved my issue but I had to perform an additional step:

1) Open the command prompt
2) Type ipconfig /flushdns
3) Press Enter

what fixed mine was reinstalling the network wifi adapter. I had recently changed to see if I could get a better signal I think the driver is unstable maybe, because I had this problem before an Windows fixed it for me and said it was a problem with the Wifi adapter, and another time when the troubleshooter did't help, I just had to restart, until that didn't work anymore. So, none of this helped. Another video says to change the DNS server also to auto and 8 8 8 8 8 8 4 4. Nothing.

After opening command prompt and entering ipconfig/flushdns it totally worked. Thank you.
