ОтветитьYou are so lucky, beautiful apartment!
ОтветитьGot that body pillow and Not pregnant tooooo. Its my boyfriend. He holds me and STFU 😂😂😂
ОтветитьGreat apartment..
ОтветитьShe has a delightful personality and she’s lucky to have this hand-me-down apartment. It’s not always easy to pass between relatives. I had a friend who desperately tried to save the lease for his great aunt’s apartment on W 71st St. The landlord won and they couldn’t keep it. It was $70 a month because she had been there for over forty years! 😮😮😮😮
ОтветитьShe is lovely ❤️
ОтветитьThats way bigger than the 650 one with the girl with the dog
ОтветитьThats HUGE for that price
ОтветитьWhy tf is this bigger than the 650 one 😭😭
ОтветитьI bought myself that unicorn book and a pregnancy pillow because of her. 😂❤
Ответитьi’m truly so happy for her!❤❤❤
ОтветитьI want this for everyone. But I desperately need it for me and my child right now
Ответить❤her personality ❤❤❤
Ответитьthis is pretty big for 350 tho
ОтветитьThat’s bigger than I expected it to be. She is living in a mansion compared to the girl in the $650 closet.
ОтветитьBecause her aunt and uncle previously lived there for two decades, my guess is that she was "grandfathered" in (I think that's the correct term), which is why she only pays $350 per month. It's really not that bad. At least she doesn't have to share a bathroom with 10 other tenants.
ОтветитьI love that apartment
ОтветитьDude I would sooooo move there….are you kidding me $350 a month an apt in the city? Whaaaaat? The only thing that would stop me would be if there were roaches everywhere…here in Texas the apts are from 950-1300 for 1 bed 1 bath but every other one had roach problems noooooope
ОтветитьWhere can i find these very cheap apartments in NYC?? PLEASE TELL ME!!
ОтветитьBoth are great job partners for shows
ОтветитьI don’t need something big for my self but that’s cheap for its size and location
ОтветитьThese females be cute asf you gotta be smashing something after that camera go off 😂
ОтветитьI wouldn’t leave either $350 a month definitely not bad at all.
Ответитьthat place is PERFECT
ОтветитьThat's a nice apartment for $350!
ОтветитьThis price is fake for this apartment!
ОтветитьIs there any hope for a $350 apartment? Would be heavenly to not stress about meeting my basic needs every single day of my life. ❤❤❤
ОтветитьThat is a surprisingly big apartment for $350. I wouldn’t ever want to move😩
ОтветитьHe is so cool and friendly and inviting
ОтветитьI now even more feel for the girl who is living in a walk in closet for 300 dollars more
Ответитьlovely girl
Ответитьhow is it still that big? doesnt even look like a "tiny" apartment to me
ОтветитьThat's suuper chill for 350 literally anywhere in the world damn
ОтветитьJust wanted to point out that if her family owned that aprtment for decades then most likely it is rent controlled or her family isnt charging her much. New York has developed since decades lol. So she could possibly be in a good neighborhood. Great video.
ОтветитьVery nice and cozy ❤
ОтветитьI want humble nyc apartment content and this delivered. Love it
ОтветитьDemocrats
ОтветитьCan I know the build name ??
ОтветитьThis Room still available I am so interested 😊
ОтветитьI love this she’s very positive ❤
ОтветитьShe seems absolutely lovely, such a wonderful whimsical person.
ОтветитьLove this chic and her simple happy life. We really don't need a bunch of senseless crap
ОтветитьAww she's cute I love her personality. Nice apartment!
Ответитьi'd love to stay for whole month if i could find 350$ room for a month 🤞
ОтветитьSuch a beautiful joyful and infectious spirit she has ❤
??The underwater comment had me like 👀
Inherited so unreal rent
ОтветитьThat's actually HUGE for $350/mo in NYC!
EDIT: I should've known it was rent control. Something like this goes for probably a grand a month in NYC normally.
So is she subletting from her aunt and uncle, because the minute they moved out the landlord could have risen the prices. She would be considered a new tenant.
