Looks like it has a little bit of the same problem as with Endless Winter. At the end of the game alot is maxed out.

The feeling is that in each game you can build everything.. many combos but it seems so wide.. am I wrong?

Thank you for another wonderful playthrough Paul!

I like combos as much as anyone, but I think this game is too combolicious for my tastes. In rounds 3 & 4 the non active players have too much downtime waiting for the active player to execute all of their combos.

Even though there is the bonus action to trade in cards for 1 coin each, I would still propose limiting the number of cards to a manageable number like 8-10. Since there as so many cards that allow you to play another card, sometimes a player will have to go through 20 cards to decide which one to play next which really bogs down play.

It seems like the game is one round too many, but I see why the designers had to use 4 so that the 2 scorings would have equal amount of rounds. I could also propose that players only play 3 die/round, but that would handicap players getting > 9 value/color to move up the tracks.

I agree with Fractus that this game reminds me of Tiletum. Consequently I will pass on Minos, and continue to enjoy Tiletum.

looks overloaded with combinations of bonuses and actions that you get by realizing bonuses. Especially in the second part of game.

"Welcome to playing games with Rob" 😂😂Very fun playthrough, I liked the dice drafting and needing score to go up the tracks a different take on just placing a worker for your actions. Will certainly look into this one.

The probability of obtaining at least 6 dice with the value 6 when rolling 16 dice is approximately 3.78%

At four players it looks like it might take a while for it to come back round to you. Reminds me a bit of Tiletum.

I do miss jafa cakes lol. Great playthrough. Simple actions, but the chain reaction is satisfying.

For those who don't want to trawl through the chat, the answer to Paul's question on re-rolls (two matching answers, I didn't notice who the other person who got there first was) is 22%. Goes up to 29.5% with four players (one extra die). So typically once per game.
