Alex i am going to buy either a 2019 k900 or a 2018 Acura RLX sport hybrid. I am torn. I like both cars very much. You have driven both. Which one would you go with? P.s you make the BEST videos in the Review world. Thank you!!!!
ОтветитьThe car looks good. The name K-900 just doesn't convey ..... neither does the name "Kia". LOL I would buy it same car with a nicer name like they did with Genesis.
ОтветитьKia used to look to other manufacturers. Now, other manufacturers look to Kia.
ОтветитьNOthing about the trunk space? WTF! Just for the Uber/lyft drivers...
ОтветитьFunny how you have Merc E-Class, Volvo S90, Lexus GS, BMW 5 Series in the pricing comparison. I think KIA is aiming at the full size cars like the Mercedes S-Class, Lexus LS, etc. There are arguments towards if it can really compete against the experience of an S-Class, but equipment wise and size it is very close.
ОтветитьI recently bought a used 2013 Kia Optima SXL, this thing is awesome. I watched the video about the 2020 K900 and my wife loves it, fully loaded for 65k, what? That includes AWD. We are probably going to buy one in within the next year.
ОтветитьI agree with you. I love smoother ride cars and so many people do but not sure why they stick to its main idea
ОтветитьLoved your comment about the need for floatier ride. American brands lost their strength in a senseless quest to beat Germans. I have done my share of stupid things in sport cars but if I total the number of minutes that I used their conering ability at high speed in my entire life, it would be less than an hour. Most of us spend most of our driving hours staring at someone's bumper in a crowded highway. Leave paper thin tires on stupid large wheels with rock hard suspension for Germans and give me my oldsmobile ride back.
ОтветитьI absolutely love the updated styling of this K900. I always found it to be quite unique, which is intriguing. I enjoy driving a car where people may look at it and not know what it is, or think, wow that's a KIA? In 2 years I may trade in my Genesis for one of these.
ОтветитьLove this car, it's so rare and weird. But I have to say I don't think Kia's dealership network is prepared to sell a car like this to the luxury buying demographic.
ОтветитьI think changing the badging could probably change their image
Ответитьget a LS Lexus instead of K900.
ОтветитьGreat video. How does it compare to the newest flagship Lexus sedan ?
ОтветитьIm in an Equus now and love it. Luxury sedans are stupidly over priced at the moment. Ill definitely check this out when the time comes
Ответитьmore like *reliable luxury.
ОтветитьThis car Kinda reminds me of a Mercedes.....
ОтветитьIts been a year since this review. Haven't seen no other vehicle that has gotten a A++
ОтветитьI never owned a Kia, I always kinda looked down on Kia, now I want a Kia!!!
ОтветитьI think it's important to also note that, in regards to resale value and owning, it's a good deal for someone looking for a used luxury car. You can find one of these that are a year or two old with low miles for far less than you would a German luxury car.
ОтветитьI love this new K900. This video review highlights how far Kia has come. I also think the new Hyundai Azera looks amazing, but unfortunately doesn't seem to be coming to Canada! This car and Azera would be cars that would tempt me to change vs Toyota or Honda. I currently drive Volvo S80 AWD which drives very smooth. Sad to see sedans decreasing as not as big fan on compact SUVs.
ОтветитьCan you review a G90/K900 comparison, great detailed review as always....What tires would you recommend????
ОтветитьI love my 2015 K900 so much I bought a 2018 K900. I just rebadged the car as nobodt knows about it anyway...lol I have the V8 VIP version. Just love the car.
ОтветитьI’m trying to get this car soon. What kind of tires exactly you recommend. Like the brand and type? Thank you so much
ОтветитьNever mind the car, most new large cars are good. But the presentation.......absolutely perfect!
The details of the presentation are as nice as the stitching in places where one never looks.
Hats off for Alex.
Excellent review.
ОтветитьThey should use the Korean Kia badge here.
ОтветитьWait and buy a lease return.
ОтветитьI bought at 2020 Kia Sportage, and I didn't even realize Kia offers this luxury car. I'm impressed with my car's clever engineering, design, and build quality at a price that beats the competition. Looks like the K900 offers that amazing combination as well.
ОтветитьI'm hoping I can score a pre owned V8 K900 when I start new-to-me car shopping this summer. I'm not keen on turbo charged engines.
ОтветитьI would buy a Korean K9 and ship it to America. Get all the best out of this design!!!
ОтветитьQuality means it's fit for purpose, which isn't the same thing as the price. The old saying that you get what you pay for isn't true anymore because of the layers of middlemen and advertising costs etc.
ОтветитьA truly excellent review Alex. With Kia discontinuing the K900 in the US, some amazing bargains will be had with the remaining inventory. If there are any left in a few months, it will be on my list to test drive. You make a good point about the K900 for those of us who keep a car at least ten years.
ОтветитьDoes it ride smoother than a lexus es ?
ОтветитьThey don't have a panoramic sunroof in this?!
ОтветитьStyling is awesome
ОтветитьSo Kia gave the K900 a firmer suspension and a sportier, more dynamic chassis...then cancelled it because it sold even less than the soft, floaty previous generation. And the Golden Face Palm Award goes too...
ОтветитьWell presented and you are spot on about the Korean ideology of executives. Just look a bit into the Genesis Fleet direction, they have a very good saloon 4x4 that would also be an eye candy seen at the entry of the opera house.
ОтветитьThis would've been the perfect vehicle to market to livery services who used Town Cars to move out of a Town Car into the K900 along with the 2017-2021 Continental
ОтветитьSucks that there no pano sunroof
ОтветитьQuick question, the rarest car numbers, where to find them?
ОтветитьI really wish we could’ve gotten the 2nd gen K900 with the V8
ОтветитьHere I go 4yrs later tracking down a used K900 for a highway road warrior. Post COVID used car values blunt the depreciation I was hoping for. This makes the K900 a tougher choice…..but I really want to find one. Best detailed review Alex on the net! Great work.
ОтветитьThey don’t sell these in Canada. Just the Genesis for luxury in the Hyundai brand.
ОтветитьThis will be my dream vehicle to buy Alex.
ОтветитьThis still my first used Kia sedan I can buy.
ОтветитьWhere can I get a k900 2018 or 19 vip model
ОтветитьAs consumers, many of us are sheep. Slap a Yugo badge on it and still a great looking car.
