I’ve sent email to you guys 1 month ago, made complain, call multiple time on the hotline. You guys said you will get back to me, and in the email you guys stated that the person in charge will get back to me. Hello!!! already been 1 month, where is my solution??? Call to customer service careline, always say they will look up to this case, but then in the end still no one contacted me.

I’m not making a fuss out of this, I gave the SA 3 months chance, and the Perodua customer service careline 1 month to reply to me. But in the end no one wants to attend me. And one thing that I hate the most is that the customer service is said that I’m being ignorant to believe what the SA promise me. WHAT THE HELL GUYS? Your SA represents your whole Perodua, and the customer service told me this kind of things. Hello, how you want me to accept this kind of things???

I booked my car at ‘ONE BUILTWELL JALAN GURNEY’ under SA ‘MOKHTAR’. What the SA promised me was that I can get my Ativa in 2-3 weeks time, and my GF’s Bezza in 2-3 months time, so we booked with him. Booked on 8th March 2022 in the system, but the fact is that we were in the showroom at 2nd March 2022. He already delayed the booking by few days, all submission including the loan submission is all late. And you guys act like this MOKHTAR is not your guys staff, and the blame is on me because ‘IM BEING IGNORANT AND STUPID’ to believe what this PERODUA SA said.

I’m seeking for a very good solution here, and I also want somebody who can do something about this matter and do something about this ‘MOKHTAR’ and ‘ONE BUILTWELL JALAN GURNEY’. This is very ridiculous. No person in charge contact me, no any news from branch manager, SA attitude is still the same.

I don’t want my next reply to be, ‘OH YEA, MEMANG ATIVA KENA TUNGGU 3 BULAN, BEZZA KENA TUNGGU 6 BULAN’.
SO?!?! If kena tunggu 3 bulan, 6 bulan, just tell that need to wait for that long, no need to lie to me, and point the gun back at me saying ‘YOU’RE THE ONE BEING IGNORANT AND STUPID’. What FUCK attitude is this?

perodua can u make idle stop trc vsc off when wan use self turn on?

already equipped. honestly not recommended. 'gearup' light is bright but for floor lighting is very very very same as none not same as per ads.. not worth money. if u insist just take the gearup only without floor light
