My own home is in very bad condition (due to my mental illness and my partner's neuroatypicality), which is a source of constant shame and often makes me cry, so I can imagine what a huge relief it must have been for her. What a wonderful gift you gave her.

For a really messy house the tiles are extremely clean.

have you tried hydrochloric acid acid for the rust stains? Maybe give that a shot. Used at my place for rust stains as our well water was high in iron.
