I pick up anything to repair power armor. I dont wear it but Cait does my character is a sniper build but i dont use vats. Anyway cait always gets her X02 armor damaged
Ответитьi like junk in the trunk
ОтветитьIf it's junk, collect it. Don't worry what your companions say. No junk is bad junk.
ОтветитьBest thing to do is empty your inventory into a non-crafting container at your home base. I.E. a cabinet, desk, cooler, etc. You want NOTHING on your person that can be turned into anything. Basically, temporarily dump everything.
You then go into each bench and "search" for each item you need. That's cook, weapons, armor, Nuka, and power armor. Since you need every item, you'll inevitably have every item cued as "search." That means all junk/items you see in the wasteland will glow. Any container to use to dump junk when you're overburdened will also glow. Easy way to find stuff while you're walking and find your dump container.
If you adjust your color settings, you'll have a white Pip Boy light and those items will glow white. You don't need a Mod for that. I'm doing this right now.
Wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers and the like can be sold to calvin at vault 81 for 15 caps each. Which for their weight is incredible.
ОтветитьOther than what's on your list?
Desk fans, prewar money, hot plates, cigarette packs/cartons. Anything with gears, screws, springs, or circuitry.
On my current playthrough though I went full strength/luck, so caps, ammo, and carry capacity are not really a concern 😂
Light bulbs
ОтветитьI have 10 strength...I pick up everything. lol
ОтветитьI just build myself a sentry bot with storage armour all round it’s the best
ОтветитьGreen Eggs and ham
ОтветитьEarly on, I needed cloth for settler beds, so I was always looking for that, then I needed oil for defensive turrets, now it's aluminum for everything.
ОтветитьCould have done that entire video in 2 minutes.
ОтветитьBro put every single junk item in the description💀
Ответитьvoice from the future - i pick up everything and then store it in a cash register or a bin near the exit. even if you go in one way and come out the other, you can go back to the entrance and pick up stuff you left in a bin. especially if you have the perk that lets you fast travel over-weight. other top tip, water purifiers, someone pointed out making mines is a good source of weight-free caps, but clean water can soon run into the thousands of caps. sanctuary started off with five water purifiers and i soon ran out of things to buy.....also drop stuff and your companion - if they don't refuse to pick it up - can pick it up and carry overweight too. i'm slightly OCD, i find it hard NOT to pick things up - also you can miss things like magazines and notes unless you search EVERY corner and pick up everything.
ОтветитьI'd say my tips are never pick up Tin cans or any heavy steel based item unless it contains something much more valuable in it, do always pick up aluminum cans though. Steel is simply to abundant and even though tin cans are light that's just taking up a space that something more valuable could have been taking. You'll get enough steel from just focusing on items that contain other useful components like oil cans. Same goes for wood really. I think the pencil is rather slept on, it seems really mundane but it's a great source of led that only weighs .01. Toy cars are an immediate pick up as they're really light and contain screws. Obviously duct tape and wonderglue are always immediate pickups. Desk fans and hot plates are heavy but they contain alot of materials like multiple gears and screws and so make excellent exceptions if I have the space for them. I've also never passed on any item that contains Nuclear material or crystals.
ОтветитьUse the duplicate glitch. Makes collecting junk obsolete.
ОтветитьWhere are the individual parts stored when you scrap items at a workbench? In the workbench or in the inventory?
ОтветитьI sincerely HATE how this game prioritizes picking literally everything and then burdens you with a ridiculous low inventory before becoming over encumbered. It's the very worst part of the game. Everything I do revolves around "how much can me and my companion carry?" I F'ing HATE it.
ОтветитьI'm running survival right now and this video was real helpful. Gotta start paying attention to junk components before picking them up, thought I was being smart getting every fire extinguisher I could find lol
ОтветитьI pick up pre war money packs of cigarettes desk fans hot plates and Telephones often
ОтветитьWho’s here in 2024 after watching fallout on Amazon 🖐️ lol I forgot how fun this game is
ОтветитьI just walk around over encumbered everywhere. 1lb over weight means i might as well be 500lbs over weight. Who needs fast travel when you can enjoy the world they created. I am excited for level 30 when I can start fast traveling.
ОтветитьI don't have carry weight. I have a companion 😂
ОтветитьWhy us aluminum not your #1. Its needed to repair power armor
ОтветитьI use a mod that makes junk weigh 0
ОтветитьAluminum cans, aluminum canisters - do not miss them. You'll need them for lots of stuff, power armor repair in particular.
ОтветитьTobacco and alcohol of course 😂
ОтветитьPencils and pens my dude. Essentially weightless but give wood and plastic
ОтветитьHere's what I do before I watch the video. Strong back perk, go get Ada (best carryweight. Pick up EVERYTHING. As soon as you are 1 lb overencumbered, drop a bottle and fast travel to a settlement, unload, and fast travel back. Tedious? Yes. But I'm never short on materials!!
ОтветитьDesk fans, any glue/tape, globes, microscopes.
Ответитьaluminum cans for weapon upgrades etc.
ОтветитьDesk fans and toy cars for screws, TV dinner trays and the like for aluminum
Ответитьaluminum, gears and springs, copper,oil
ОтветитьStrong back is the only way I've ever played. Being able to fast travel at level 30 when over encumbered is the best, You just pick up everything. Thanks for the video!
ОтветитьAluminum cans and trays are an always for me.
ОтветитьI always go for hot-plates
ОтветитьGrilled rashtag always helps gives you +25 carrying capacity
ОтветитьI usually will always pick up fans. The gears are nice
ОтветитьGurney
ОтветитьAluminum is something you need for lots of late game stuff.
ОтветитьThis doesn’t feel “ULTIMATE”.
Ответитьblast radius has nuclear material
ОтветитьRather increase my damage output then waste a piont on scrapper
ОтветитьPre war money.
IE: Money
I don't care, I pick up everything
ОтветитьPick everything that's my rule of thumb 😂 everything has a value (I know I'm late to the party I just started this game about a week ago and I'm new to fallout series). Your videos actually help a lot
ОтветитьHere 2024 😊
ОтветитьMan nobody changes the color of their Pip-Boy light. I make mine a nice warm white color.
I can't look at that green light or hud all game
Always grabbing the bottles. My favorite build kit is the greenhouse😢 (iykyk, glass is surprisingly hard to come by)
ОтветитьI pick up everything use it for something or sell it off.
Ответить
