Liked this video very much! The transition from Abraham speaking to the soft music with the thunderstorm and rain worked well for me but may not be for everyone’s taste as some find thunderstorms to be scary or unsettling. Thank you for making this helpful sleep meditation.

I’vebeen listening to rain for 9 months 😳

You might add I am so happy I am safe and warm in this bed and not out in the rain.

Listening to this , I find that Abraham says , she loves her bed , she loves her pillow etc . Yet Abraham also says , she LIKES her life , she likes her space , she likes the energy they put into the space and life .. I can’t listen to this now . Priorities are out of sync for me .

Let’s be honest, nobody came here for 7 hours of rain sounds. This is practically the definition of clickbait.

Just woke up! So I happy I finally got close to 7 hours of sleep! I drifted off while she was speaking and forced myself to listen to what she was saying! There is only 15 mins left 🎉 . I usually sleep for 3-4 hours.

Appreciate this! It is soothing sound to have playing during meditation or sleeping!

Starting off with " i love my body " is a bit too far too reach from where I'm at..
Surely Abraham started this off some place else and built up to i love my body..
Next time can u put it all in by remembering some of us need to be pulled up to the vortex and aren't allready in it.

I listened to this for the first time last night and slept so deeply. Even when I woke during the night and listened to the rain, I fell asleep a lot sooner than I would usually. Love it!!

I want to listen to this tonight while sleeping however therapist said to avoid spoken voice because it can make the brain try to work instead of rest. Hmmm
