In the 2000 I was a VJ with a friend, Eduardo Aguinaga; his proyect´s name was 3-er Elemento (third Element) in Guadalajara, México. We was very good vjs modest apart so we had many work; so we had the oportunity to play visuals with so many greatest artists in only tree years, like Dany Tenaglia, Lee Buridge, Paul Van Dyk, dave Seaman, Sandra Collins, Sasha and others; but then we recibe the news: you gonna play visuals with Sir Mr John Digweed!!!!!!, Fk E!!!!,. So we work very hard in visuals; dvds, vhs, digital shit (was 2003, 2005), color graphics, move frames, gifs, for two weeks. we had the singularity that bout was very deep in cinema, visual arts and media. Then, it comes the D-day. By the morning, we recibe a call, was his manager. Mr. Digweed ask for NO colors in the visuals, no movies frames, no mandalas shit; only minimal graphics, geometry, gray, black, white, some oscure colors..... Doble Fk!!!!!!, in six hours, re made all set. We was there since 7 pm, so we had the chance to see him practice, puting everything in the right place, ajusting the turntables like a cientist. Pure magic. He put down more than a half of the lighs on the club, zero strobtic lights, no color, just the security lights on the floor!!. Then, the moment. Man, was soooooooo fkn hard, like a big rock in your back, amazing, like a digital wodoo night, sooooo deep, so dark, so dense, like if he was smashing us on the dance floor; the fkn visuals was so perfect with that. I was in E and I feel like if I gonna fluid with the ground. Amazing set. After all he said he likes or work, I hope was true. For my was one of mas best days on my life and it was with this LP so every time I listen this, I feel the rush on my hands and in my hart. Love for everybody. Free Palestine!!!!! Love from México!

i remember tripping balls on E at Twilo listening to these tracks when he played there. I haven't done e in over 10 years and I would go back and do it over all over again dancing to these tracks.

Anyone know how you make the dark industrial sounds heard at 18 mins? Always heard it in Dark Progressive House and wanted to make it. Is it just Found Sound Metal Sounds? Or a combo with a techno synth stab? Maybe a sample synth like the Korg M1 or Triton?

If aliens came to earth and asked what progressive house is, I'd put this on.

This for me is still one of the sickest but Digweed orchestra this play list, with all Nu breeds the dj reached to artists and basically give me your freshest sick shit

On the night this recording was based off it was a madhouse at the Mayan in Los Angeles! Legendary venue hosting a legendary DJ! That night he opened with Weekend World - The Word followed by Moshic and Zidan - Nightstalker....way before the original release date!

The best set ever in the world is "Dave Seaman Global Underground Melbourne 022 / CD2. I was born in 1980 and I was a professional DJ and I had a great music archive but this album was very different! Be sure to listen!

I love listening to those while falling asleep! It literally sends me to space and the best is that it gets me to that half awake half asleep state where I experience ecstasy without any drugs! Such an amazing feeling!

Me and a buddy would play chess to this album. At one point a train went by and he says, “The train effect really makes this song”. Lol😂
