Guys just so you know if it doesn’t work or if you don’t have that option in the photos section, turn your phone off the turn it back on, it worked for me

You don’t have to do all those fuckin’ steps. Just power off your iPhone and turn it on again, then delete the photos and apps.

I’ll give you guys an easier tip, happened to me:

Power off your iPhone or iPad completely! And then turn it back on! It worked for me!

This was so annoying to go through especially since I needed to clear some storage

Happening on ios 14, too. iphone 12 mini. iCloud is NOT on, neither is any cloud syncing anything. They're just reappearing after I back them up on a different computer (cutting / pasting). This should not be happening. Any idea? Thank you
