He was NOT healthy. You can take as many different vitamins as you want (within limits), but if you drink alcohol as well, you clearly are not interested in good health. You likely have addictive behavior.

Addiction is not self-destructive, it is pain-destructive. Any harm to self is colateral.

Unadressed childhood trauma leads to maladjusted adult behaviors. Children who receive treatment for trauma predominantly avoid the adult dysfunctions.

I had same! My mother commit suicide! I went every wednesday with my sister to my aunt. I got abused during the night. When my aunt directly divorced him I thought everything is my fault. Its horrific when you are so young and they abuse you. I m angry sometimes and have PTSS. That Jeff RIP❤

When Jeff said he was in pain every friggin day, I immediately wanted to give him a hug. Seeing him on the ranch you could see how content he was and that’s something that’s so pure that no one can take away from him.

I was fortunate enough to meet Jeff at a Babylon 5 event. Whilst he was charming and funny, it was clear to see he was struggling with pain. RIP Jeff 😢

Jeff Conway was the most talented actor who ever lived. He can sing, dance, and act. He can also play any kind of role. Just an absolute incredible talent that was taken from us way too soon. May 27, 2011 AD is known as the Day the Acting Died.

He died from what the doctors said he died from when he went into hospital. Everything else doesnt matter and is not important. He drank he did drugs and whatever else he did. All thats important here is not what you can work out that happened, but what actually happened and that is when he was in the hospital.

As a former pill (drug) addict the vitamins are a way to trick yourself into thinking you are combating the effects of the drugs with supplements.Addiction has no logic.
