I watched this movie hundreds of times as a kid. No batman has come close since and the museum scene is one of my my all time favorites.

As a kid i used to mimic the joker in that scene by cutting out random magazine pics and rifling through papers commenting "crap, crap, crap....etc" 😂

I have always wondered how old Jack Napier is since he is so older than Bruce Wayne it doesn’t look as if Jack/Joker really aged that much.

We used to have those toys as kids. They were marketed as a “bag of laughs”. As in, “that guy is a real bag of laughs.”

Michael Keaton he was a great Batman. I think he should do another one weird Harvey dent like in the first one and they have to put Robin and Catwoman and the Riddler and call it. Batman continues.

This Batman will be forever the greatest movie ever regardless who dislikes it. If it weren’t for this updated dark version of Batman the rest of these Batman wouldn’t exist it’s known and people will troll and try to sound like they know but really don’t. Yes Adam west portrayed it in 66 but most forget that the o g movie and show Batman was played by Lewis Wilson which everyone seems to forget and want to still sound smart lol. Nicholson is the one and only joker in every aspect

One of my favourite batman movies.

I love how Arkham Knight has the balloons out in Gotham as a reference to this movie.

My favorite joker laughs
Number one is Nicholson's during the scene you mentioned after the surgery.

Number two goes to walking Phoenix it's featured also in the trailer, when he's walking in the hallway away from his work buddies.

And even though the first two are live action I have to cheat for number 3. Animated Mark Hamill's laugh in Batman mask of the Phantasm during the explosions.

Extra, call it number four if you will, the new guy barries laugh in the Pattinson Batman's extra scene. I look forward to watching his career with great interest

Jacks Joker is overrated.Jack didn't play Joker, Jack played Jack in white face paint.

Two details in the early scene in Grissom's penthouse:
There is a black bust statue in front of the window that the gangster electrocuted by the hand buzzer would later resemble.
When Grissom says "You... are my number one guy!" he stands right in front of Jack facing him and broadly grinning in a devilish way as if showing Jack his own future reflection.

Also, the largest photo of the nerve gas victim with the ghoulish rictus grin foreshadows Joker's own death - on his back and staring at the sky over a frozen smile.

I like the plug.

The 3 betrayals of the joker I think have all been excellent, in their own way.

But I still think Nicholson's is the most dangerous, absolutely crazy. Let's not forget that gas killed people.

I still remember the mania around this movie was insane unlike any other movie I had ever experienced. People were f**** going crazy waiting for this thing to come out.

And when Nicholson stepped out of the shadows people f**** cheered. The tension in the movie theater was insane more than anything that I can think of.

Next to seeing Se7en (for a second time with my cousin who had not seen it, movie was so good it was it made more the second week)

Another Easter Egg: right before Bruce and Alfred decide to go shopping, Bruce requests from Alfred all the information the police have on Jack Napier. As Bruce is looking at all the info on Jack Napier, if he would have looked to the left he would have seen the photo of young Jack Napier, the man who murdered his parents.

Batman hit a hurricanrana on a dude in a bell tower. 😂

Still the best batman movie

We were meant to be fooled along with Bruce Wayne into being made to believe that Jack Napier was the Wayne parents' killer, however I never bought into this twist of fate, not even from the first of the many times I watched this movie, because I have always suspected that this is the only version of Bruce Wayne Batman that does not actually remember who was the actual Wayne murderer, he remembers his witnessing the event, but not the name of who is the actual killer, which kind of contradicts the continuity status of the 1995 Batman animated show, that names Joe Chill as the killer, and the thing is, the show was not really meant to be true cannon anyway, it was just set up in a similar art-form as we saw in live action from the movie to let us know head-on that Tim Burton actually helped a little on the animated show.

This why micheal keaton will always be my favourite batman .......because in 2 movies batman & batman returns batman breaks his own rule of not killing his enemies ....and when he blew up one of penguin henchmen that was badass ......grabs the bomb and plants it back on the badguy and proceed too through him into a dumpster where the bad guy blows up😂😂😂😂😂😂
