Dr. Rowe thank you for providing us with these videos. You are appreciated! 🙏
ОтветитьI’ve got to try this!
ОтветитьIsn't that knee squeeze more for symphysis pubis
ОтветитьYou can do these exercises in a chair and not get on the floor.
ОтветитьWorks!
ОтветитьA yoga block btween the knees works well too. Thank u for these videos. Love them all,,so helpful and no side effects 🙏🙂
ОтветитьNope 😩
ОтветитьStill in pain
🆘
Is this safe for everyone to do?
ОтветитьIt would really help if you stopped to draw breath in between sentences. It makes the information very hard to take in.
Ответить...I actually did the one you shated. ...being seated and I was so surprised at how it helped ! Im not sure I can get onto the Floor, as yet , to do this .. but I am so grateful for your sharing all these ! Thank you!!
ОтветитьI couldn’t even reach my knees 😂 I moved closer to the door they went further up 🦖
Absolute agony, I felt the floor digging into my back & rolled to my hips omg worse. B a while b4 I try this again 😢
I can't get a pop no matter what exercise I do and the pain is still here, I don't know what to do.
ОтветитьLiterally popped first try, lovely release on my lower back
ОтветитьI cannot imagine that your pectorals with arms fully extended can provide any meaningful resistance to opening your legs like that.
ОтветитьHow often or times a day do you fo this
ОтветитьThat worked amazingly! 💪
ОтветитьLol. Dudes must be so embarrassed about the squishy little camel toe bulge, its hilarious 😂
Ответитьi cant pop sht
ОтветитьI just did this because I have been having pain for years now and didn't think I could pay for a professional to help. I felt a pop and usually when I lay flat on my back it hurt to sit up and stand but it did feel like some of the tightness is gone and the pain is almost gone. So thank you so much.
ОтветитьDr. Rowe, do you have any videos for rotated illium?
Ex. Right ilium feels counter clockwise rotated so right tailbone area is sticking out. Causing tight QL and leg length discrepancy.
Thanks. A very, very similar move to this is the only thing that got my SI joint back in place. Just what you demonstrated, but i put a small ball between my knees and squeezed. I squeesed for like 10 seconds each time before i rested and then would do it again until my SI joint was back in place. Nothing else worked to that but this move. Thanks again.
ОтветитьThank you ❤ i have been suffering from sacroiliac joint pain and ur videos made me to get relief… i m
Feeling much better after doing some stretches that u have shown 🙏
We want lasting relief though
ОтветитьCan't wait to try this next time I wake up. That'd when the pain is the worst.
Ответитьteach me more SI tricks
ОтветитьI have some kind of SI joint disfunction. I discovered that I can lay in this position knees together on my side, then just lift my top leg that distance apart and it gives the best crack in my hips.
ОтветитьSince pregnancy until now already 4 years I have also pelvic pain I went to physiotherapy but didn’t help
ОтветитьWhat are you do when you’ve been told you have spinal stenosis on your left side which causes pain from your lower back down to your knee and you don’t want surgery
ОтветитьI do following videos. It works so well
ОтветитьThank you so much for the videos.
excellent
God bless
Will do
ОтветитьLove this. Thanks❤❤❤
ОтветитьMine will pop all by itself even by just taking a deep breath. Followed by pain sometimes.
ОтветитьPRI?
ОтветитьHi. Just wondering. For the popping. How often should it be done?I have a lot of movement/cracking when I do them. I can taste it when it does. Is that normal?
ОтветитьAny suggestions for major facet joint pain? Specifically L4-5,L5-S1?
ОтветитьBest, most concise and helpful Physical Therapist!
ОтветитьI done this now I can't walk? Think my spine broke.
ОтветитьI love this man 🤧 I also am over living my entire life in chronic debilitating pain 🥸💩
ОтветитьI appreicate these!
ОтветитьYour right leg is higher and foot is pointed outward slightly.
ОтветитьYour instructions are clear, precise and relaxed. So easy to follow. Well done!
ОтветитьThank you very much that was really helpful.
ОтветитьIs it safe to do this while pregnant?
ОтветитьAs someone with EDS who struggles with SI joint instability (to the point where I’m seriously considering asking for SI joint fusion), I wouldn’t get up from the floor if I did this 🤣 I can have an SI joint partially dislocate just from putting one foot on top of the other while I’m laying in bed, or from just getting up to sitting position to get up, or even from just standing up from sitting. If it happens as I try to sit up from laying down, I literally can not sit up until the joint is back in place again, there’s just no way even with help because I’m pretty much locked from waist down due to the pain and the SI joint itself, I just can not get past a certain angle until my joint is back in place. It’s by far my most painful acute random injuries
ОтветитьI often suffer from sciatic pain. Once the joints get back in place, it's the muscle pain all around that area that almost bring me to my knees. I'm trying not to take lots of pain relievers or muscle relaxants. Any ideas for that pain? I know that I need to work on increasing my core strength, but that doesn't help in the short-term. :(
ОтветитьI'm not saying this is garbage because it's not. Too many people in these comments are saying that this works. But the thing that every video I watch where you teach how to decompress or crack yourself, well, it never ever works for me. Not even in the slightest. I wish it did.
