A great barter for Mechanic lvl 3 is the M4 Sopmod for 2 prokill medals. It has an Elcan Specter on it which you can remove and sell the rest of the gun back for a good amount.

arent those only backplates for prapor 3? u still only have lvl 4 in the front no?

Small correction though, 7.62x54R PS rounds unlock when you complete punisher part 6, so you unfourtunately can not use it for that task.
