I do like the first two games. But my one gripe with them is that I never knew when I could go explore becaus missions always went right into the next one. Almost like they didn't give you any in-game free time to explore. if they solve this and it will be great

I like how no side content just stories it gives people chance to finish it and install the next game. I love number 3. I remember when people complained on 1 saying it sudently became a 3rd person shooter. I enjoy all of them but did not like the dlc for part 2 with Jimmy. But I always do the dlc when I play the games. I thought above trailer reminded me of sniper elite and war of the world siberia.

What is good about sand map in very small space to explore? if this game looks stale and still gets supported then its a bad future in games

If they can capture the feel of combat from Mafia 2, I would be really happy. Just felt so cool and brutal

If there's one thing they need to do is get the guns and cars right. No fake names, no cursed hybrids, no ''muh copyright'' stuff. There's past precedence ruling that a company cant sue game devs for having their cars or guns in their virtual world. No ones gonna copyright a Bodeo revolver, or a Carcano rifle. It's 1900s Italy and I imagine post ww1.

I'm excited they're going back to what they are so good at. I only recently played the first two Mafias, and I was blown away by the narrative driven style. Which led me to actually play the third one all the way through and appreciate it more than before.

This looks like an amazing story game. But imagine an RPG style game where you start a new life and you start as a gangster on the streets of let’s say New York in the 70s-90s or something. (This is all just an idea I’m high asf) You create your own character and choose the type of gang you want to affiliate with. It should have a game mode you can select called hardcore so that when you die, the save is deleted and you have to start again. Just for players who want full realism. You could be anything from a petty street dealer to the Godfather of the Italian Mob, Yakuza, Triads, Cartel e.t.c. But you could even play them all against each other if you wanted to and get them all to wipe each other out, then pick up the pieces. And depending on what decisions you make you could end up running the city, or in jail and having to find a way to break out before your death sentence date or both 😂 I want total freedom and realism. I want to accept a mob hit, drive to the location, open my trunk and pull out a weapon, equip a suppressor on the spot and find my own way to enter the premises and kill the target. Or even go in and set their stove up to start a fire or something clever 😂 I want to have to pick up shell casings and stuff and clean crime scenes if I don’t wear gloves or police will come looking for me or I will get stopped and searched or something. Or set up my own heists whether it’s a bank or jewellery store. But I want planning to mean something, so you can’t just get shot and carry on, if you get shot you’re badly damaged and need medical attention so you actually need to think about what you do and how you do it. Imagine getting shot in a game and having to struggle to a phone to call an ambulance 😂 I wanna be able to set up my own crew and select my captains and soldiers and give them nicknames and stuff. I’m gonna shut up now could go on for all day.
