Side-effects profile of venetoclax (ABT-199)

My father need help.
In May 2016, my father, Isakov Andrey, was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia CLL. Treatment for various
chemotherapy regimens (10 times) does not help. In October 2018, the scientific center of oncology and
transplantology in Astana recommended treatment with Venclexta (Venetoclax) from Abbvie, we do not have it available for free
treatment. I ask for help in the allocation of Venclexta medication (Venetoclax) - 4-5 packs for 6 month

Dry whopping cough was my worst side effect at first I could manage it with
cough drops, then 1-2 tylenol, and then after 1 year tyleno-cough drops stopped working
so i developed pneumonia during covid, thankfully i stopped taking it cause the protocol
is 1 year and then immuno-therapy 10 sessions, so far so good 3 years in remission.

Do you know what made the pneumonia into small cell lung cancer
and would that be spontaneous.

Why don’t they give binders to help clear the dead cells out of the body?
