She's your stereotypical dumb, hot, selfish, blonde chick. She does get nicer as you make friends to her though, so every masochist that likes her, I'm sorry.

Leah (aka Still Uses Cheap Water Colour):
She likes to make art, and had a controlling ex. That's pretty much it. Also she likes salad. SHE'S SO B A S I C -

Maru (aka S P A C E):
She's really smart, and could probably make a handmade rocket and go to space if she wanted to. If you date her, the cards are gonna uno reverse and you're gonna be the one with daddy issues.

Penny (aka Saviour Complex):
She's kind, sweet, and shy who just wants the best for her, and the people around her. Also her mom is basicly a drunken godzilla.

Alex (aka MY ABS ARE SO FIRM YOU CAN GRATE CHEESE ON EM'):
He's a jerky-chad-stud type of guy who can't fucking read. Also his dad was an abusive drunk, and his mom died. BUT AT LEAST HE HAS SPORTS AMMIRITE-

Elliot (aka hEs sO pReTtY):
(UHG. He's my least favorite.) He's that anoying, romantic, poetic, guy who lives on the beach so he can write his book. His schedule is anoying af, and I bet if he slipped and landed in a puddle he'd be too pathetic to get up and drown iN THE FUCKING PUDDLE- (Sorry Elliot simps.)

Harvey (aka Twirly Moustache):
He's the local docter who likes planes but he's afraid of heights, so instaid he just lives a quiet life in a miniature hospital that I barely visit.

Sam (aka That Hair Tho):
ADHD KING. HE PLAYS GUITAR. HE RIDES SKATEBOARDS. HE PLAYS PRANKS ON PEOPLE. His dad has PTSD, his mother wants to leave her family, and his little brother is innocently oblivious. BUT WITH YOUR HELP HE CAN WRITE A KICKASS SONG! (Also, don't tell me it wouldn't be fun to build a pillow fort with him.)

Sebastian (aka Froggie Softie):
He is a edgy emo loner man who smokes, but he probably has one of those frog hoodies in the back of the closet that he unironically wears, but nobody is allowed to know. He's bestfriend with Sam and probably has watched him fall down the stairs to his room in the basement. He has a crush on Abigail (and probably has one on Sam too tbh-). Also he really be packing a whole two pixels back there-

Shane (aka Saviour Complex 2: Electric Boogaloo):
He's an alcoholic, that's really rude at first. But then you find out he like chickens, and he has these abominations of chickens that are blue-

Personally I think Shane is the best character, since he has a lot of character improvement and has a lot of backstory, but Lewis and Marnies backstory is also pretty good.

I'm not sure if i would be into stardew valley, mostly because people can't talk about it without bringing up animal crossing and i don't like the premise of animal crossing, and if this game is similar i don't think i'd enjoy it, but everything about it seems great so i'm conflicted.

Genuinely cant look at the Really Bright Pixelated Art style Im sure The lore / story is amazing But I Just cant look at It Without Flinching or my brain feeling itchy :(

This just proves how dumb is the algorithm, i never and i mean NEVER show any interest in peaceful games, all games i cerch about are adventures and/or with deep and epic even dark story and lore.

Wonderful overview but just not for me. Not only is the 1980s pixel look off putting to me but the game just sounds boring. But I also am not one to find agriculture and animals/farming interesting. I wanted to see what the hype was and now have, thanks for the nice explanation.

It's just... so hard for me to actually get into this game. I like things like Minecraft and Terraria so I'm definitely not opposed to more open-world experiences, and Undertale/Deltarune are probably my two favorite games of all time so it's not that I don't like more character focused games either. It's just ironically very overwhelming getting started in Stardew

Dude I’m struggling to figure out efficiency and time management/ event awareness. I spend all my time grinding by watering crops, mining a boat load just for a couple measles sprinklers worth of copper and iron just to water ONLY 4 spaces each, only to miss most of the day when I could be socializing and exploring that whole side of the game. I’m slowly learning but it’s a headache at times. So much time just for a couple of parsnips 🤦🏼

Anybody know how the controls on the keyboard work? We can’t even get started. Very frustrating. He just sleeps in his bed as the days go by….????
