I use energisers like this all the time but I always find about a third of people always refuse to take part or actively engage. No matter how much you encourage them it's always the same. And any energizer which people touching anyone else always has a higher level of refusal. It's got to a point where we are thinking about dropping energizers and icebreakers from team meetings.
ОтветитьI heard my name. Anybody else.
ОтветитьThanks Mark ❤
Ответитьthat was great! thank you so much for sharing
ОтветитьIt looks interesting..but I couldn't understand much..Can someone please tell me what happened here
ОтветитьIt’s really good there’s a mixture of youths and adults doing this together. It shouldn’t be just for one particular age group, even though it’s technically for youths.
ОтветитьWhat would be the best way to debrief this? Could it be linked to a particular topic eg. communication skills? I don't know so I'm asking.
ОтветитьWould also be cool if they said the persons name on their right instead of their own
ОтветитьAwesome!
ОтветитьI wish the subtitles were on
ОтветитьCan't wait to play this with my drama class tomorrow - first day of school!

ОтветитьFeel I should say a big Thank You Mark. I've used a number of your methods with Agile software development Scrum teams over the last few years. If Agile isn't an area you currently work with, then you should get involved. We love this sort of stuff!

ОтветитьWhat about a second round where everybody has to say the name of the person who is sitting to the right of them, and than a round and everybody has to say the name of the person to the left of them. Could be a fun way to learn the names of each other.
