The Loch Ard Gorge is a beautiful and historic site located on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia. It is named after the clipper ship Loch Ard which was wrecked on the nearby Muttonbird Island in 1878.
During the virtual tour, we will explore the rugged coastline and stunning views of the gorge while retelling the tragic story of the shipwreck. We will visit the cemetery where some of the victims were laid to rest and pay our respects to those who lost their lives.
We will also learn about the incredible survival story of Tom and Eva, the only two people to survive the shipwreck. Their story is one of bravery and resilience, and it is sure to inspire you.
