People bitching about the best of episodes need to remember its Christmas week so they are taking it easy

Idk if this has been talked about but how did the streak start at WrestleMania?

Almost as many best of videos as normal ones

It’s the holidays, they want to spend time with their families. Why are people complaining?

Hopefully they see this, if not, oh well. But Matt, I'd like to know who Mark thinks are some of the most wasted talents in the business. And they could be people (male or female) whose talents were wasted due to promoters not using them well or from their own self destruction.

For me one of the most wasted talents of all time has to be the late Sean O'Haire (who tagged against Taker and Kane). Sean was 6'5/ 6'6", almost 300lbs, built like the cliche "Greek god", had insane agility for a guy his size. There are videos dedicated to his move sets and it's crazy. I always thought his devil's advocate promos were very good. But unfortunately, his career began to fizzle around that time.

According to Jim Ross, he said that Vince didn't see anything in O'Haire. On one hand, you could say Vince dropped the ball. But his former partner Chuck Polumbo said Sean was a bit on the wild side and may have rubbed people the wrong. Sean himself admitted that he had a different vision for his character than Vince did, so on the other hand, you could say he was his own enemy.

On the women's side, though not one of the greatest talents, I'd say Lacey Evans is one. Physically, Lacey had everything you'd want in a performer, great body, very attractive (blonde, blue eyed...Mark's favorite), athletic, tall (5'8"), very good heel. Not the greatest of workers for the first few years of her career even on the main rosters. But after she returned from maternity leave, she definitely improved. some

Around the time she announced that she was pregnant she was in a story line with both Flairs and Asuka. Asuka was originally going to drop the Raw title to Lacey to set up an Evans vs Charlotte title match as WM that year, but that didn't happen. After Lacey came back, they dropped the "sassy southern belle" gimmick and didn't really do much with her other than job her out (possibly as punishment for ruining Vince's plans). But at the same time, she admitted that her heart wasn't in it anymore and wanted out. As a fan I thought she could have gone farther than she did, but it wasn't in the cards.

The "Hellraiser" jackets were my fav. At WrestleMania 24 which was the first & so far only Mania I ever got to attend, I popped & marked out so hard for him bringing back that look.

I was a big Undertaker fan from the moment he walked out (the first heal I was a fan of), but I hated the Ministry gimmick. I thought it was goofy, not edgy. He looked ridiculous in the robes and extra crap they threw on him, and the goatee was terrible. I preferred the American Badass gimmick that was closer to who he really is, and then the later fusion of that and the original Taker look. I get that it refreshed the character, I'm just glad he moved on from it.

I used to bite my lip in rotc to keep from breaking bearing. That’s cool knowing that’s how you had to avoid breaking with the godfather 😂
