WKBD Detroit: 1988 The Best of Gleason Promo

Originally aired during the summer of 1988, WKBD was the FOX affiliate in Detroit, Michigan at this time.

This spot is a promo for "The Best of Gleason" which unearthed several of Jackie Gleason's appearance on the early days of television. This was a TV movie that aired on a couple of occasions. The spot touts that some of the clips in the show haven't been seen in many years.

Gleason had died less than a year before this, so he was still very much in the public conscience.
