Auto is better we all know it don’t lie to your self saying you can shift faster than a modern day automatic

I like how drag racing is to see what car is faster not which driver is faster lol

I’m a diehard manual fan. I cannot stand stick shift elitists because not only should people buy what they want, but most of those elitists don’t even know how to drive a stick without murdering their clutch in 50k miles

Wrong automatics are harder to build and there are quicker and fast. The manual is simple more reliable and easier to build but that comes with many check ups. If you're ready to race and compete get an automatic. If your ready to pull heavy loads or go off roading then get and manual

Manual is only good if you have a performance car over 400hp, a daily drive car with below 200 on manual is just an unnecessary stress to deal with.

Manual transmissions is an archaic device. A person shouldn't have to look like they're having a seizure just to accomplish a gear shift. I don't need to have three of my floor extremities involved to enjoy a gear-shift. And yes, I've driven manuals since before most of you were born.

I’m looking forward to putting headers on my automatic e46, I just hope I don’t run into people like this

Manual driver are a loud bunch. They even get tattoos shirts with manuals lol and when they drive they make sure everybody knows around them.

Never seen a used manual car that wasn’t beat into absolute oblivion. You like to go fast in a straight line without any of the hood rat nonsense get an automatic. Especially if you’re buying newer, modern automatics will leave a manual 5 exits behind you on the highway.

Imagine hating autos so much, and then get dogged by them on the streets and track lol, it must KILL YALL inside huh? 😂, on and I can drive both, I like both, so no hate, I think building your car makes you a man tbh.

Manual can be fixed. Automatic is so expensive to fix, you may as well junk the car.

I prefer not having to get a new clutch or worry about shifting the wrong gear and blowing my transmission, or having to do anything other than brake and steer when an emergency appears 1 second in front of me, or stalling the engine, or not having a park gear, or constantly having to take extra steps to accelerate in stop and go traffic

Being one with the car vs. Driving the car.. Saving gas vs. Wasting gas (łower emissions comes with saving gas) Knowing something vs. Łetting knowłedge die.. Manuałs are ałso less expensive to buiłd and less expensive to buy. But hey, if you want both your hands free at ałł times and dont mind wasting gas or being last then automatic is for you.

Automatic will always be quicker there’s no debate

The finish line usually starts with Autos, sequential and then standard trans. You just told us that it’s better. If dudes having a smooth ride while hauling ass, there is no way shape or form it’s better than some guy pushing a clutch pedal, shifting and releasing a clutch. Seems more economical for it to do all that in milliseconds. That’s where it eats you, the downtime between shifts. A sequential is faster but still not as fast as a computer. They are fun, that’s why they put Manuel shift on the autos. People want to feel like they are doing something. Let’s not forget it’s not much to drive a stick to begin with. You just have to let everyone know you can drive one. Us farm boys know it’s not shit. Shit, you think my ford tractor is cool because I have to put it in gear and idle it up and down? There are kids who are barely walking driving equipment. I was one of them. My brothers all did as well. That tractor will never be as fast as our hydrostatic or even as capable. But it still serves a purpose. I’m not going to hate on someone driving either. You can drive stick, cool, your vehicle will be 6-10k cheaper. But can’t say it’s better. On paper it’s not.

As far as I'm concerned, a car is a machine meant to transport me from point A to point B as simply, easily and efficiently as possible. Automatic does this better than manual. If you see cars as a toy, then I guess manuals are more fun, but I don't think we should treat machines that can easily kill as toys.

I could guarantee that 9/10 accidents are caused by automatic drivers. I left the 1/10 for the people just learning how to drive stick.

Main topic is in manual car you just need to give engine some suggestion by shifting gear how it should go and in auto you just need give the way which side you're wanna go that's it but manual or auto one thing is clear that you're driving the car not car itself😎

wydm faster ? its true its faster gear sshifting but manual are far beter at geting ur top speed faster and in fact most formula 1 cars over 98% are semi automatic just for the fast gear chose , they manual on the rest so they can do the rampage wich is very important ant since u dont have speed based gears u cant do it on automatic cars

if your buying a expensive sports car you better get it in a manual or youll have a hell of a time keeping it and replacing the automatic transmission when it comes time to replace it
