Fully-equipped gym being built in Ditavan, Armenia

The late Argentinean-Armenian benefactor Armen Ekserciyan had a deep emotional bond with Ditavan, a village in Armenia’s Tavush Region. It’s here that, with his generous support, the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund has implemented several major development projects.

Today, Armen Ekserciyan’s family continues his extraordinary legacy of altruism and maintains strong ties with Ditavan.

This 2018 video documents the concluding phase of the construction of a gym in Ditavan, made possible by the support of the Ekserciyans. As part of the project, the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund has also furnished the gym and provided it with a wide range of athletic equipment.

Previous projects which the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund has carried out in Ditavan with the financial support of the Ekserciyan family include the construction of the multifunctional community center, the irrigation and gas networks, the high school, and 21 greenhouses. The Ekserciyans also provide financial assistance to new and growing families in Ditavan.
