No matter what the Democrat media says, the facts remain that if you could not afford a home today, you still can't afford it by November. This nonsense that people not having a down payment for a home is stopping them from getting a home is ridiculous. I have bought several homes and have never used a down payment. I have also never cared what the interest rates were. That never stopped me from purchasing a home because I always refinanced later when the rates dropped. The bottom line is the individual's ability to manage money. People don't realize that there is way more cost to owning a home than just the mortgage.
These are ridiculous excuses put out by the media and Democrats to drive a narrative and buy votes.

Average annual median household income has dropped by $4000 since 2020.
Inflation is still 20% higher than just last year.
