Where is the documentation for updating the MSR Camera? I can't find anything on Polycom's website about this.

Hi Jan, I can't seem to get the latest software for the MSR camera - my Polycom Trio 8800 simply doesn't detect it :(.

i have a trio8800+visual+ + eagleeye usb MSR. my question is can i connect this complete solution to a laptop where i am running zoom and it take audio from trio and video from eagleye

please inform if i can manage ptz of eagle eye camera stand alone from a laptop using teams or zoom. its not showing ptz or compatible option in teams or zoom
