Valheim | Viking longhouse - season 2 ( hearth & home valheim build )

I've tried to build this in my realm and I've been working on it for a few days now. Ive gotten to the end and realized you didn't show ANY of how or what you did to make the bar, the entire second floor, or any of the decor...Any chance of a part 2? or maybe a walkthrough??

the side of the foundation, its 3 pieces, not 5 right? and the enterance foundation is 5 on either side and 8 on the extended part, not all 8?

This build was an absolute fing nightmare. With no help of any kind to let you know of the pitfalls you will fall in. Obviously skipped any useful information for folks who have not done this kind of build before. There should be a huge disclaimer at the beginning of this that tells folks they are in for a terrible time. I am no stranger to building in Valheim, an no stranger to building in games in general.
I give this build video a big fat F. Don't waste your time bothering with it. Crapptastic.

This' a total nonsense... You show in the video some proportions, then skip forward, and proportions are way different. Here 2 heights, then 2 seconds further, there are 3... really confusing to follow. The plan at beginning shows numbers not matching the real bricks layed... I'm trying to follow it, the final result is awesome, but... fvck vV

Trying to build this with like half of the steps cut is horrible

its a great build super creative and all

still, a bit frustrating the time skips where suddenly half of a key feature of the build is built off screen and you have to guess how it was done, definetely not for a beginner

had to improvise most parts because i had no idea, for example, how the balconies were built or how the outside part of the furnace walls work....

I usually don't comment, but i am about to build this house for the 3rd time now. For me its just the most appealing and functional Endgame Solo Viking home. Workshop left, Kitchen right, Bedroom and Tub upstairs. I modify it for my needs but the always on this style and base. Thanks for this!

So this is really cool looking, but I've yet to find a video that actually sits down and explains structural integrity and how to keep the inside of the building from having 10 million poles in it without the roof collapsing.

Yo nice amazing build. I’ve been playing with some friends and we finally decided to move into the plains and build a longhouse. Only one “friend” in particular said he had an idea for one and we let him make it and then we all started to pitch in and help get it done bc he was taking forever (still didn’t finish it), he was being super bitchy about any changes anyone makes on it and now I know why. It’s because he was stealing this build and claiming it as his own. I’m so disappointed lmao he’s such a fraud it hilarious.😂

what size blocks for the inital layout are you using?

I loved the part when he skipped how to do this one small thing and then i was left wondering how he did that and then my build ended up not being the same

maybe change the dimensions a bit those calculations are way off

this tutorial was an absolute nightmare to build. Idk why more people aren't talking abt this.

Very good build, but it was rather difficult at parts trying to copy precisely what you were doing simply based off of you making your character look at certain things, and the skipping over of certain portions of the build was not very helpful either, so i appreciate the build, but as a piece of most likely ignored advice, possibly invest in a mic and do a voice walkthrough for us less infrastructurally inclined plebs

Hello friend, the video of the house is all good but you cut the video too badly sometimes you had a roof finished and then the entire wall almost too and you never show the construction of the house well I wish you could make the tutorial better thanks

Are the measurements of the base at the very beginning actually correct? It doesn’t look like the sides are 5 blocks or the 2 8s near the front don’t actually look like 8 blocks
