The project is an expression of gratitude and memory about talented composes, poets, musicians, singers, who created excellent works of vocal art , and is an intention to contribute to ìmmortalizing them. Author of the project idea - Doroshenko Vladimir - vice -President of Association of scientists for innovative development of Ukraine, academician of Ukrainian Academy of Sciences. Graduated from Kharkov state University, postgraduate school of Moscow state University, Moscow state University of economics, statistics and information, doctoral studies of National academy for public administration under the President of Ukraine. He is specializing in the sphere of international affairs, social politics, history of world culture. Vladimir Doroshenko has a rich experience of public administration on district, regional and republican levels, as well as in the field of science, education, diplomacy, sport. He is a possessor of the black belt in karate, a winner of tennis tournament in Orlando, USA. Perfoms in charitable concerts in Kyiv and outside of it, propagating best pieces of world vocal art.
