The Problem With Anime Watchers

Bro is fr right tho. Like i like watching anime and sometimes the jokes get me but most of the time its like slapstick humor that makes me laugh. Im watching blue lock rn and the only things i laugh at are 1 characters unnecessary nudity, comedic violence, how (un)intentionally gay every character is, and the fact that the characters take soccer way too seriously.

I did find some anime pretty funny that we could both say is subjective humor, and I do totally agree on your points made on the loud, horny and fast movements. I do find some anime like Gintama, life lesson from urumichi oniisan, GTO and Nichijou are actually very popular humorous anime.

However : Gintama takes time before actually becoming really funny for most people and Nichijou is a bit loud but overall I personnaly think it's a good show. Most comedic anime recommended by people are just mostly about boobs and fanservice. I only found the fanservice in kill la kill to be very useful and not objectifying to the story and characters (since it's litteraly part of the plot) or food wars to use fanservice not in a sexual way or faking it as "funny" since they actually did men and women !

I love KoNoSuBa, and by that I mean *KoNoSuBa*. I don't like the saggy boobs, the oversexualised outfits in the anime (the LN had much better outfits and designs), the perverts, yeah. But I love *the characters*, *the story*, *the relations between the characters*.

Anime had a big bright future but it could have become a next Hollywood but it didn't after 2005 it fell off it became a just mere bubble for some minority of people excessively promoting porn hypersexualizing a just mere male female encounter filled with fan services I looked into it a while ago for the reason it came to this position and here are the reasons
1: anime industry as whole is small
2: it doesn't generate much revenues
Ellobratio: anime and manga doesn't generate much more revenue most of the anime and manga get pirated and one which make money are only owned by big capitalist corpos focused only in making money small studios or just 1 or group of peoples as a whole have no way generating money to survive if they are able to survive that's because of small number of people that get interested and buy their stuff the main starts from there those small nukber of people only buy your stuff so you can't divert from the stuff that you're already providing them yiu can't change your work because you will isolate your main source of income that's why this toxic culture of excessive fan service began anime manga artists and studios can't divert and change their work and work on something that's anything closer to a considerate art because the ones who buy their stuff are bunch japanese creepy pervert socially deranged peoples those deranged peoples only want to find any form escapism material to escape from the fact that they're losers. That's why anime has reached this point constantly always pleasing your deranged fans because if you don't then you don't earn any money.

I think I could watch some anime if I muted it.

I think the only two animes that made me genuinely laugh were Baki the Grappler and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.

99% of the joke in anime is Loud voice and sexual accident,i only got some laugh from anime like saiki kusuo,sakamoto desu ga and D-frag,cause of the absurd situation,especially d frag with it's sheer absurdity(although it is main reliance in a person with common sense living with world that didn't had any sanity)

I don't agree with you on the comedy point, yeah a lot of it is bad, but come on even I and friends in my circle who watched it find Konosuba to be quite funny. There are also more absurd gag comedy anime like Nichijou which don't rely on horniness to make their jokes. I also find onepunch man to be funny mostly because of King, idk why but everytime I see him in the anime or manga I end up laughing, the king engine never disappoints.
