Is this as easy as digging them up from their lawn and transplanting them in mine? I tend to overthink these things, so any advice you have for how I can bring these awesome plants to my yard is much appreciated.

ОтветитьI didnt have money for landscaping when my husband and I married…I moved them to borders or wherever I needed a spring bloom…it worked…but will tell you…I have lost control in some areas…👍😂

ОтветитьMy grandmother picked violets, put them in a little silver mug filled with water. She kept it in the refrigerator. Used the water as a refreshing drink.

ОтветитьA few years ago wild violets started popping up in our yard now our yard is have violets and half clover. When the violets stops blooming the clover starts. The best part is we don’t have to mow as often.

ОтветитьI love my violets! They’re all over my front lawn. A few years ago, we dug a few up and replanted in this little bed of sedum in the backyard. Those purple flowers, mixed with the silver sedum make my spring garden pop! No regrets.

ОтветитьI have a lovely violet in my garden purple leaves and is so hard if flowers in January in milder winters it started as a tiny pot I was gifted many years ago I am in South Wales

ОтветитьI love violets! I have several colors growing in my yard and I love eating them! So delicious! I recently made a beautiful salad and garnished it with violets (leaves and flowers) and took it to a party. Wasn't sure if anybody would try it but they did and it was awesome!
