YouTube may terminate Scotty Bear Channel

I’m am a YouTube Partner and have uploaded 1700 videos in 3 years, never had one issue until 2 Days ago. The my second account I created 8 days ago was banned for: terminated due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, deceptive practices, and misleading content or other Terms of Service violations. *I appealed it’s been a few days, but nothing but sitting and waiting.
