I accidentally somehow put it on restricted mode and in settings it doesn’t show “digital well-being “ not sure how to fix this can someone help me?

My problem is that I logged in to my other acc then tried to log back in to my main then it says restriction mode enabled and it has a random phone number and a gmail that I never used or seen before and I’ve worked hard on this account
