How To Fix TikTok Not Opening

i just noticed people had this problem even years ago, but i have it now. i dont have an iPhone and i dont know how to open it. my tiktok just wont open. does anyone have any idea that it will resolve itself in some time?

I don't have an offload button but, cleared the cache. I've uninstalled and re-installed and it still won't work. Tiktok isn't down. Help.

Tiktok: nothing happens
Me: try's with google
Tiktok: opens for a split second
Me: BITCH I JUST WANNA CHECK MY ACCOUNT

Will off loading the app or clearing up the data/ cache and re-installing it lose my account?
