So before I learned of the restoration loop I already saw the potential and, though it's a little cumbersome, you can jump between making enchanting potions then drinking it and crafting armor to increase alchemy, then equipping it and making another enchanting potion. You end up with a lot of junk armor and it takes hours, but it's a totally Todd approved method with literally no glitches or exploits.

My favorite thing to do while playing Skyrim is being an orc and sneaking onto the dragons guarding word walls and killing them with a sneak attack before they even leave the word wall. Don't even need any exploits.

A faster way to increase your stealth stat is to just sneak behind ralof or whoever you follow and just repeatedly sneak attack him.

save 6 hours: backstab hadvar until sneak 100, took me about 15 mins. Or if you missed the beginning area of opportunity, just do the same to the Greybeards. However the Greybeards will fight back if they suddenly turn around and catch you during one of the stabs 😉

Walking in a wall to up sneaking is really uneffective, it's better to just attack Hadvar while sneaking

Sneak attacking Ralof/Hadvar actually builds sneak much faster than running in the corner in the tutorial, with the added bonus of also leveling up one-handed. They can't die and they heal super fast outside of combat, which they can't be in with the player because they can't aggro to the player.

I like getting my pickpocket skill to 100 fully perked before starting the Dark Brotherhood quest line so I can steal the blade of woe and the armour from Astrid in the hut. If you successfully do this, when Astrid sacrifices herself later, you get a second blade of woe

This is just your 1k degree knife with extra steps, just resto loop and be done with it

My favorite build in recent playthroughs used the ritual stone and no exploits. Basically it's just a heavy armor two hand build centered around The Ebony Blade. It's only weakness is dwemer robots but everything else its an immortal god of destruction, and against robots I just take out Dragon bone club.

You don't need to go to Windhelm first, just go to Riften first and kill Grelod then go to Windhelm, saves a bit of time. You don't need the quest to kill her
