Palit GTX 465 problems

The card was faulty - RMA went smoothly and the new card is behaving normally under heavy load :)

Unexplained problems with my GTX465. The system specs are:
Asus P5Q-E mobo
2x2GB Corsair RAM
Intel Core2 Quad Q9550
2x SATA HDDs
1x NEC 3520 optical drive
Enermax Modu82+ 625W PSU

It only happens under load - after about 30seconds running a game or a card-intensive application.

Please help! :(
