The only reason the Taurus won’t be used just yet is, because NATO are still preparing for all out war with Russia, so the bridge as well as many other Russia targets are being strategically factored into Battle Plans. Ukraine has showed that they are very good at using air drones and decoy drones to get cruise missiles into the real target. Taurus flying at 30 meters above the sea to only pop up at the last moment would have a very good chance to destroy the bridge. That will get a lot of Russians fleeing crimea and upset Putin. Ukraine should send a SU25 to taurus to get started on the modifications and get the pilots trained on usage. Ukraines learn fast.

that bridge has to go; Its a valuable asset to Russia to defend both Crimea and Southern Ukraine. Secondly has a dash to Putins pride as this could cause him to give up. Thirdly to demonstrate that in future Ukraine wants no connections with Russia. Russians have limited resources and don't tend to defend places that they think are safe (like the sea of Azov). If Ukraine could get a Taurus missile to the Azov sea, I suspect that it would be clear sailing all the way to the Crimean Bridge.

The Taurus KEPD-350 is not solely German — it's a joint German-Swedish development between MBDA Deutschland and Saab Bofors Dynamics. Mislabeling it as only German dismisses Sweden’s key contribution to its design and production.

Also, the Moskva wasn’t sunk by unmanned surface vehicles (USVs). It was struck by two Ukrainian R-360 Neptune anti-ship cruise missiles launched from land. The USVs are a newer threat that came later and have been highly effective against Russia’s Black Sea Fleet — no doubt about that — but mixing up the timeline or attribution just spreads confusion.

It's surprising Taurus integration with NATO F-16s and Mirages weren't already made. Alternatively, send Gripens, already Taurus ready, but longer time to deploy due to pilot training and experience accumulation. The best bet is this using Fencers (should have already been secretly upgraded) covered by Mirages, and F-16 doing SEAD by HARM (capability not yet known, but should already have been trained); all after extensive SEAD by drones and other missiles being the tell. And Crimea is Ukraine, so Taurus is only being used within Ukraine. 🤣
