ОтветитьHonestly I started eating bok choy because of her lol. It's cheap healthy and versatile. Steamed, pan fried and boiled. I add it to noodle dishes, beef and rice dishes or just side veg with eggs for breakfast so good.
Usually I pan fry it with butter and salt and pepper with chili powder!

Vege:
Bok choy
Few drops of sesame oil
Pinch of salt
Water
Sauce:
3 tbs soy sauce
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp corn starch
2 tbs oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
Stir fry:
3 tbs cooking oil
2 tbs garlic
2 tbs red pepper
1/4 water
1 tbsp green onion
How to:
1. Blanch the bok choy in water+sesame oil+salt
2. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
3. Stir-fry garlic+red pepper in the hot cooking oil.
4. Pour in the mixed sauce.
5. Put in the water.
6. Lastly, put the green onion in.
7. Pour the hot stir fried sauce onto the plate of blanched bok choy.
8. Enjoy!
