One of the most fun games I ever played while in 1st person mode fighting ships.

I JUST started playing these games. I heard of the sea dogs games a few years ago but kind of wrote them off just from their age. But then I saw gameplay recently and thought, 'what game is this!? I need to play!?". It's kind of crazy to me how much it reminds me of the original Mount & Blade games. But almost a decade earlier and on consoles.. Nuts. These games deserve more praise, and to this day provide the best pirate game experience imo. However, I have only played them through the newer Maelstrom engine, which modders have ported New Horizons and Gentlemen of Fortune mods to.

Totally should have taken the opportunity to hire a carpenter before you went.

This video is really helpful. Still to this day people play the game, me included. I downloaded the mod not long ago and couldnt get past the tutorial because i didnt know where to buy a spyglass heh.

got pretty far with build 14,but now i got a weird bug...no captain in cabin at end of boarding or surrender..so im stuck..got about 16 warships berthed around...is this normal?

I have a weird glitch, that the menues at vendors and on the character screen takes forever to scroll to the next item, does someone has a fix for that?

TLOPO MMRPG is Great! I used to play POC back in 2008, It looks so good like someone purchased the rights from Disney. Great game.

I wish they'd put the item UI from City Of Abandon Ships and To Each His Own in to this mod. I like it a lot, but I hate the UI and how you buy/sell items.

How can one increase relations with the pirates? I'm one of them but captured a few of their ships while under false flag. Now Pirate reputation is -2 and I'd like to keep it helathy as they are my only allies :) The brotherhood in the church chased me away.

I hope its not to late, but everytime i get into a battle with enemys and they come aboard on my ship, im standing alone and my crew is non existend, why is that? I got weapons in the weaponlocker and everything, do you have a clue?

all my life I’ve wanted to play this damn game and use the new horizons mod. But bought a copy online and the 2nd disk during the download never worked. I just want this game already. Is there anyway for me to download please? the actual full game??

i wish i could get the original version of this game working. i have the CD but microsoft won't let me run it, closes the storm engine on startup.

I played the OG cd copy alot, still sitting in the shelf collecting dust,it was a damn brutal game, new horizons look amazing!

I want to play this game but for the life of me I CANNOT control anything. I wanted to do the Davy Jones story though I find it cool you can buy both the cursed and uncursed versions of the Flying Dutchman and Black Pearl in free play.

My first attempt to play and submerged ended up with all the sails being destroyed because I was too close to land xD

This mod is so damn hard...I say this as one who's finished the original game many times. And in Iron Man mode you take literally an hour to get from one island to the next...that is, if you already have a compass.

Good video. The tick mark on the skill icon means that the relevant officer for that skill has the skill, so it will be active even if you don't have it. Your navigator already had both the skills you picked.
