not gonna lie, I came here for the bike... ended up buying the stormer helmet LOL!!! It is quite cheap and the style of it is just right for me :D
ОтветитьMy Dad had a Jawa 350 in the early 60's. First bike I ever pulled over on top of myself. 😄
ОтветитьGreat bike but i think its expensive
ОтветитьWay to many adds
ОтветитьMy brother purchased a new Jawa 350 Californian back in the 1970’s. OK bike to ride for the time, bit down on power compared to a TS400 of the same vintage. The Jawa handled a lot better.
ОтветитьAnyone from india 🇮🇳?
ОтветитьWe love them in turkey aswell even the older versions we call them black jawa
ОтветитьI'm certain in the 1980's that Jawa had a drum brake on the front, so that's an upgrade. Did you say you have to put the 2 stroke oil in the petrol tank, that sounds like a step backwards
ОтветитьReminds me of a Yamaha RD350. For price comparison, I purchased a brand new Yamaha RD400 in 1977. I still have receipt. $1172.54 USD/ out the door. Including tax and license fees. BRAND NEW! This JAWA is tempting, even if it would be on the receiving end of a good spanking from a Yamaha RD350.
ОтветитьPathetic... I had a new one (model 1978 and bought in 1980) with huge electrical problems... and 45 years later... voila... the same sovietic (Czech) scrap. Unbelievable.
ОтветитьHow does it beat emmissions?
ОтветитьWhat's the price?
ОтветитьWhat Mahindra in India making new Jawa and Yezdi and BSA models are they out of track are they worthless
ОтветитьLove 2 strokes any model
ОтветитьCan't imagine how they get around emissions legislation.
ОтветитьIt was and still is a piece of junk
ОтветитьModern JAWA bike not available in Europe or Uk ? Strange
ОтветитьDoes hear shift still pull out slightly and double up as kick starter? It's how it was done back in 70's & 80's. Great idea.
Ответитьthis is what we want in india, insted of that altered dupe dummy (jawa india) bikes.
ОтветитьWhat about California agent?
ОтветитьHad A Black-style 350 1992 to ride all weather home to work and back ,did it,s job fine, most fun having a Bmw or seat leon behind me on the local 80km/h road trying pussing my speed up
but got my smokey tailpipes as a treatment after 2 atempts they keep distance from my Jawa blackstyle (to much smoke and smell into the Cabin ?) 🤮🤢😵💫.jawa is sold ,still smiling 😆now and then .
It would be like riding a GT250.
ОтветитьHey i would definitely recommend you to review the two classic legendary bikes RX100, RX135 they are totally crazy and worth just try a test drive you'll love it🫠widely famous in India since 1984
ОтветитьI can't stand the ugly noise of two stroke, thanks we have 4 stroke engines.
ОтветитьI remember when I was a kid our window cleaner had one with a sidecar (1970s).. which I think that's how many were originally sold..?
ОтветитьGuys come to India and there are completely modern Jawa and Yezdi 4stroke motorcycles that too in scrambler and adventure avatar too.... U would be really amazed....
ОтветитьНе то пальто
ОтветитьJawa bikes were around in the 70,s along with cz and both were complete crap, get suzuki to bring back the gt380 and that would be woth getting
ОтветитьIs it made in India.
ОтветитьHow are they able to produce and sell these brand new with current emission norms?
Ответитьi owned a Jawa / CZ 175 in the early 70's. It cost £175 brand new and it was absolute crap. 6month Warranty and it blew up twice within that time. Couldn't wait to get rid of it. Also had an Ariel and a Royal Enfield model G, which were great bikes. Buy a CZ at your peril......you will regret it.
ОтветитьThe sound! My god!
Ответить... I may be wrong, but can it be that the tank is
mounted too low at the front ?
So it looks like the Jawa has a kink in the middle of the frame ...
And the gear change, was via the double use lever, which turned around to also be the kickstarter. You really have to lift the lever to actually change gear, so, no sporty changes, ever?
ОтветитьThe old drum brake,in the 70,s did the job fine, as the bike didn’t go fast enough, to need a good brake. Haha. I know I had one, then I got an RD 250, the difference in every single thing was incredible? The rd was more expensive, but very, very worth it.
ОтветитьThese CZ,s were gutless in the 70/80s. And they will be gutless again now! Unless they have improved the performance, they are a waste of good fuel? Hahahaha.
ОтветитьM-ați convins sa iau jawa. ❤
ОтветитьOld Jawa rider here. Of course one attraction of the Californians back in the ‘70s was the dirt cheap price. The Californian tank was better looking. Disc brakes are a plus.
Does it still shift up for first? Does the kickstart share the same lever with the shifter? Does the shift lever still disengage the clutch? Questions that the old Jawa rider will have.
Really wish this bike was available in USA
ОтветитьSorry fellas, I would never go back to noisy polluting 2 strokes. Had one in 70's and that was the last. Today's clean quiet 4 strokes make 2 strokes look prehistoric. Nice channel though.
ОтветитьI growed next to Jawa. Amazing childhood 😂...you can get one in 4 stroke
ОтветитьCzech engineering was very good hence why Adolf decided to have.
It was then mismanaged by Jeremy Corbyn type government until 89.
We need to get back to pre digital machines which are easy to fix.
Nothing new is good.
They are made to avoid self repair and to fall so you have to buy a new one.
Do you still push the shifter in and rotate it towards the rear to get the kickstarter?
ОтветитьI'm not a motorbike rider, but I have had a bit of experience with Eastern Bloc two-strokery, having owned a Trabant in the past. That simple explanation of the difference between how two- and four-stroke engines function summed it up neatly. The Jawa is an interesting machine, and I like the fact that such a thing is still being produced to this day. My own personal view here, but I feel the digital speedo looks a little out of place on it so I'm glad to hear you can get it with an analogue one - that would be my preference.
ОтветитьBack in eighties in former Yugoslavia Jawa350 and MZ ETZ 250 were very popular relatively affordable to working class people and there was a lot of them
ОтветитьHi there, thanks for the vid about Jawa. I am from CZE, riding 900 scrambler from Triumph. Would love to see Jawa coming back to its glory and producing higher quality motorbikes. This one is built in Czech from parts from China. Well, one day hopefuly there will be full production back home. Until then... triumph it is :-)
ОтветитьAHH, just like I remember clunky crap
ОтветитьMy uncle had the 350ts somewhere around 2000s.This along with mz etz 251 were the best you could get in eastern block.
