I hate it when people post movies but they don't post which season or which episode

This show managed to put insane supernatural elements into some of the seasons and it somehow wasn't outlandish or off-putting.

After 10 years since I saw this, two things stuck into mind, the fucking UFO, who was just weird and gratuitous and all the more glorious for it, and the poor bastard who got shanked in the gut, there was something weirdly brutal and horrifying about it lol.
