Yasuko was recovered!! , Rob Hall's body, ( south summit ), moved down, after years, and is not viewable, anymore! Scott Fisher, is still up, by the balcony, actually, below it, and was moved, out of sight!

Hansen never fell off the mountain. He was tangled up with Rob and buried under 1m of ice under Rob. They moved Rob I believe, but Doug Hansen is still there on the South Summit.

I hope that the Nepali government finally announce that Mt Everest is banned from all but serious climbers. Clear all the ladders & rubbish left behind by tourists who think it’s a fun experience. I wish that the world would make up the loss of income that the Sherpas lose by banning this awesome Mountain from being used by totally selfish individuals like Sandy Pittman

Someday we will have technology to retrieve all of the 200+ bodies that are on that mountain.

It is astonishing to me that so many are interested in risking their lives and enduring so much misery just to climb a mountain, not to mention putting other lives in jeopardy as well. And leaving so much trash on and around the mountain is just so unacceptable and demonstrates little to no respect for the mountain.

These people are married and have children yet they go on this ridiculous adventure. Totally selfish. Now they leave their spouses behind and their children without a parent. Stupid and selfish.

Unfortunately, both Rob Hall and Scott Fisher both had businesses to run. Their respective spouses, and they themselves were aware of the dangers. It was a series of unfortunate events during the 1996 expedition.

Who cares? Fisher caused problems with his decisions and of course bringing along the ridiculous Pittman female fool who was short roped up the mountain causing the delays. Too bad Pittman's body is not among them.

Who was Rob Hall staying with? I don’t remember his name. He didn’t want to leave one of his clients alone. What happened to his body.

What body is by the side of Rob on the South summit? Some claim it to be Doug Hansen. Or even Andy Harris.

The climbers risk their lives doing it and they know that. Many die, that’s the way it is. Risking your life and dying young just to say I reached the peak of Everest to me is stupidity.

I blame Doug Hansen for the loss of Rob Hall .He insisted on summiting late in the afternoon against advice .
