Bring your own BOMBS!!!
ОтветитьWow there was a different meaning of the red flag... and it happened during the pandemic... 😱😱😱
ОтветитьBring Your Own Bombs 🤘
ОтветитьGreat shirt for for the song.
ОтветитьSerge is traind in the arts of the Opera, thats why he has lot of control in his music.
ОтветитьI've watched too many reaction videos I guess. Not too impressed with most of them, unfortunately. But i'll say this: the guy on the left is welcome to my house anytime, any way, for all the substances he wants to consume. what a breath of fresh air. thanks for making this.
ОтветитьI like that they didn't use military characters. They used your neighbors. They used folks off the street. That means something too, since they are the ones celebrating kill counts one month and then talking to you in the produce aisle at the grocery store the next. These wars touch people in such deep ways that many of us never see, and these elites excuse it as necessary.
ОтветитьFantastic insight.
Ответитьfinally, someone reacting trying to extract the meaning from the song. You should keep this kind of content coming
ОтветитьLOVING THIS RV, MAN!!!
Ответить"Why don't President fight the war? Why do we always send the poor?"
ОтветитьFor me this is the saddest song of state of humanity. Really depressing.
You could take the shouting as symbol of statement directed towards the current world leaders, but to me they shout(because we don't hear the message or we choose to ignore it, to be able to keep our current view of life intact) to everyone. Themselves included.
In our hearts we know, that if we were the leader, we might preach of world peace. But come day when we had to choose between right or wrong, we would fail. Cause we are just human. And that's not an excuse.
No it is a punk rock style thats where they got it
ОтветитьBring your own bombs
ОтветитьBring . Your. Own.bombs.
ОтветитьI'm half way through this video and i'm impressed by your mate! Basicly spot on (i know i probably made spelling errors)
ОтветитьGreat song, great guys! Thanks
ОтветитьWhy don't presidents fight the wars?
Why do they always send the poor?
Makes so much sense
I am from Brazil. The red flag thing he said is not accurate. I don’t know what the flag means but red flag in Brazil is associated with communism. I don’t think that is the meaning from the video though. It definitely is not associated with the poor and people don’t put out a red flag in Brazil that is unheard of in Brazil.
ОтветитьYes he can sing like that bcs that his voice he just have crazy range of voice and that don't hurt him or bother him like us when we try to imitate that voice like opera singers!
ОтветитьHello from Brazil here. And i would like to say that this "red flag" thing to be put in poor people windows did not happened here in the country. Besides that, great reaction
Ответитьtheres a reason they won a grammy for this one :D
ОтветитьFUCK WAR ☮️☮️☮️
ОтветитьBring your own bodies? While politicians like Lindsay Graham sit on their ass in a comfy house
ОтветитьI’m sure it’s already been said…. BYOB= bring your own bombs
ОтветитьIt seems very Orwellian to me. Brainwashing and stuff like that. But in real life, I'm thinking of the Nazis, or Russia at the moment with the brainwashing
Ответитьplease bring this good friend to more reactions .. He is Sharp
Ответитьсосни,негр не слушай его ,белый тебя юзает
Ответитьyes..the producer...RICK RUBIN killed it as per usual
ОтветитьHey I remember when I "Danced in the Desert", though I was communication so I didn't "Blow Up the Sunshine"...fuck war 😔
ОтветитьAs pessoas não querem mais líderes, quem apenas ricos que ofereçam migalhas
Ответить🤘
ОтветитьExcellent reaction and analysis. Really enjoyed your reaction
ОтветитьLike other people have said this was protesting the invasion of Iraq which was to this day one of the biggest crimes the USA has committed against innocent people that was justified by false information.
ОтветитьBottom line the song is about why do they send the poor people to war and they are saying send your own kids to war BYOB bring your own boys
ОтветитьBring your own beer
ОтветитьThis is the odd couple of reaction videos and I LOVE IT!!! Dudes are awesome together; they play off each other well, they show real interest in each other's observations and opinions. Excellent!
ОтветитьDOuble peddal , yea probably Duelist double peddal
ОтветитьEveryone is going to the party , having good time , .... (blowing sunshine) nuclear attack
ОтветитьBring Your Own Bomb!
ОтветитьI'm from Brazil and, no, we don't put up red flags to ask for help. In fact, wearing red is to be mistaken for a communist who supposedly wants to destroy the world. Our people have actually been manipulated into not knowing how to ask for help and all kinds of help are considered suspicious or conspiratorial. We are hostages of a policy of insecurity that sells that the people need to arm themselves against themselves. This song denounces exactly that. Not only war between nations. It is the poor going to the front line while the powerful play with our security and freedom while we think we are enemies of each other. And unfortunately, in the southern hemisphere, no one cares in the northern hemisphere about what happens to us.
Ответитьin this context it means bring your own bombs. also, the heavy references to 1984 is so dope to a literature nerd like me. its crazy how this song is so powerful and relevant to this day, and globally not just in reference to america
ОтветитьThe reason there wasn't actual bloodshed and war and stuff like that is that the video and the song's chorus are very sarcastic. There's a whole war, but IT'S A PARTY! YAY! People partying and dancing can be more infuriating because it's like ignoring the reality of what's happening around them. A distraction.
ОтветитьGreat thrash from System of a Down!
ОтветитьYou know I just relealized the end portion is them taking back the mindless melody and replacing it for their message and that's fucjing dope
ОтветитьYou've had 22 years yo listen to this. Don't act like you've never heard it. Dam nearly every one have.
ОтветитьThat would be great to see this guy more often on your channel! He digs stuff very well! Much respect!
ОтветитьSome context on when this song came out – it’s a protest against the Iraq War. “Everybody’s going to the party have a real good time, dancin in the desert blowin up the sunshine.” The B in this BYOB stands for “bombs.”
