You know, I've been searching all around this dungeon for an hour and can't find my way forward. I got to the black knight after the dropping spike wall, and after that, just dead ends. What am I missing?

I didn't want to use mimic but his location is so shit , 30 minutes of navigating thorough deathblind , i didnt want to enter there again so cheesed him with mimic

Cooked this dude in like 5 attempts with the parry strat but he was cool asf.. Why does he look different here tho? For me he had two axes.

Word of advice. Black blade of malakath words great. He lasted 2 minutes.

pff not even the same knight with the same moves my man, yours looks easy peasy my dude. wish I had your boss, mine has two axes and doesn't get staggered. shoots lightning bolts at ya right when you enter, charges and has a 5-6 hit combo not a 3 hit combo. Total fcking nightmare of a boss for my lightning bolt incantation priest.

How to find him? I just can't find that dungeon

That damn grab is horrific. Drains 90% of your hp and fills him up. Lightning teleport is a little annoying, but other than the grab he is manageble. But seriosly, fuck that grab.

Just a tipp if you don't have a poise heavy weapon you can backstap him after his 3 hit combo really easy

Did we fought the same boss? What's with those easy to see 3 hit combos?

Mine was throwing multiple lighting spears, double full arena lighting bombs and 5-6 combo attacks. And he was spinning like a beyblade all over the place

I'm using the hand-to-hand monk build, I cannot possibly avoid the grab attack as I'm always close to him. If I don't dodge the initial blast I get staggered long enough for him to grab, if I roll, at the end of the roll he grabs me. It's just frustrating. I don't think they thought this through for that weapon (or lack of it).

I just loved how i got lost in this catacomb for over an hour just to get cooked by the boss at the end, he also did way more moves than this, swear i got hit with rings and lightning and axes at the same time 😂. Got him on the second try though. I need that scholars arnament though🔥

Why don't you show how to get to it? I can't figure it out and it's literally like the last thing I have to do.

I used holy damage to deal a lot of damage.

One fully charged R2 of the Golden Halbeard is enough to knock him out of a combo, 3 is enough to stun him.

Me and my boi Yosh got him real good once I figured that out. Just need to be able to trade a couple blows

Just Backstab him LOL he has alot of end lag after his move so just dodge near his back and backstabs.

So easy way i found was a mimick and two guts great swords it will stun lock him very easily

The fact this guys rush grab attack, where he heals himself, can go around pillars is absolute bullshit!
I had a pillar between me and him when he was doing it, thinking I would be good, nope, just zipped around it and grabbed me anyway…. 😒😭

I bullied this guy and beat him in 45 seconds. Summon Greatshield Soldiers Ash +10 and use ranged attacked. If you stand behind them, they literally box him in so he can't move. Then I just spammed him to death with my Halo Scythe.

wonderful fight the boi spamming spinning attack with infinite stamina, fromsoftware as always.

It was hard until I cheesed with the dodging 3 hit combo into a backstab and then Glintblade phalanx right after (Cancels the grab selfheal with a stagger) EZ😂

If you use the inseparable blade skill it will stagger all his moves

I tried a bunch of spirit ashes on him and found that nightmaiden and swordstress were the only ones he didnt regenerate from. He ate the crap out of my mimic tear... maybe because I suck?

Also just thought I should add that this boss is extremely easy to backstab, you can cheese more or less the entire fight just by rolling behind him and backstabbing him, massively trivialises an otherwise difficult fight!

beat him today, but he's wield two smaller axe and hit faster then the video, at some point he'll do some crazy swirling attack ....

This one is more easier than the dual axe wielder... 😅

Yeah this boss it ridiculous with that grab the frame timing to dodge had to be literally perfect or he gets all his health back and that window is so tiny. Not sure if FromSoft intended it to be that small of a window given the attack comes at you so fast. On top of the fact he can use it over and over until he finally misses. Cmon FromSoft that’s a bit much maybe once. But unlimited times?

Honestly, i HATE this boss

I really like this boss, he might seem unfair at first but after a couple attempt you'll understand how fair and easy he is.

i fought the dual axe one and he fucking spammed that lighting throw at me 6 times in a row!!!

I found impalimg thrust is amazing against him and other humanoid bosses

There are so many fun fights in this DLC and Im maybe halfway through.

If you quip the Death Knight armour set make his weapon do more damage?

So why does this guy use lightning when theres a whole category of spells dedicated to ghostflame and death.

Jump attacks to break his poise is what did it for me. Good boss and dungeon!

Here’s a tip for the boss. Use sacred great starts +25 and keep spamming sacred blade. Wear bull goat armor.. took me a few tries, but I got it finally. Oh and I was on the fog rift one

This was such a fun boss, im honestly surprised that out of all the bosses that this is one that people are having trouble with.

That Fakker is insanely hard on NG+7, finally crippled him with dual Maliketh's Blade, jump attacks and Destined Death. Damn man, this DLC is so amazing, but also so damn hard on NG+7. Well, I'm on NG+10 actually. And is it only in my mind or did they really up the scaling beyond NG+7?!? Everything seems so much more difficult then on NG+8 or 9.

Had to use a summon for this boss 😔 had 300,000 runes left in his room. All he would do is spam this 2 swing attack and when I would roll he would do this forward teleporting move that I couldn’t hit him on. Got me EVERY SINGLE TIME! It crazy how everyone seems to not have as much trouble with him

This boss isnt fair, but fromsoft is not new to making unfair bosses. It shouldnt require a dodge that a heavy roll character cant pull off, yet it does.
