my brand new 2023 Tuscon never needed an oil change...she burned a quart of oil every 1k miles, so through attrition of a standard oil change interval I always had newer oil. just changed the filter...then I traded that thing so someone else could enjoy the perks of a good ole Hyundai/Kia product. BTW Hyundai said that the oil consumption was consistent with the engineering design....

Great video! question, I got my oil changed at a popular express oil change shop and they told me I absolutely had to get synthetic oil because that’s what it looked like I had received previously from the dealer.
I drive a Hyundai Tucson 2023 model so very similar to the one in the video… Was there any truth to that statement that it has to have synthetic oil and that if the last place gave me synthetic oil or if they even “thought” the last place provided synthetic oil that they also had to follow suit and sell me the synthetic oil change rather than the regular? Or did they successfully pull one over on me? 😬

How did you jack the car? The manual does not list a central jack point to lift the front end of the car all at once. Did you have to jack the pinch welds from the rear and do 1 side at a time to get the stands in? Thanks!
