May Allah make our entire being a form of prayer.

Everyone needs to know the meaning of all the Arabic that they are saying during the salah. That is the most important way to increase khushu/concentration. The other key thing is to focus and not rush the prayer.

There was a time when I used to pray every single Salah. That time I knew someone who didn’t pray and I couldn’t understand how someone wouldn’t pray even when they are in the masjid and hearing the Adhan. Now the tables are turned and I am the one hearing the Adhan and not praying. This is because I was judgemental so Allah swt show me how a person can choose not to pray. Don’t ask that question!!! Why? Just don’t. You just be blessed that Allah is allowing you to worship him and pray. I see now that Salah is strictly from Allah swt. You were invited to pray. Count you blessings.
