This is called turkish mindset.
ОтветитьHe taught the only lesson worth hearing, "Fight to win."
ОтветитьBecause hé could .
ОтветитьCuz... WHY WOULDN'T YOU?!
ОтветитьYou have no honor
You're a slave to it
I love that some of the passages in 5 Rings are just "There's a technique I call 'Blah'. It should be obvious what I mean. Study this well." Aaand... that's it. One of the original "git gud, scrub" comments.
Ответитьeverytime i hear about musashi i can only think of kiryu kazuma because i playe ryu ga gotoku kenzan like 10 years ago my brain is cooked
ОтветитьYa know whats even better? Three swords.
-Zoro
"Dual blading is meta, use it" - Miyamoto Musashi
ОтветитьInoskue
ОтветитьMusashi: what's better than one sword? TWO SWORDS
ОтветитьTwo sword style
Ответить"His core belief was that a samurai must be trained to be able to properly fight in any environment"
No sh really 🫥
BECAUSE HES A FKN G THATS WHY
ОтветитьMusashi have a 100%winrate
ОтветитьIt wasn’t two katanas. Musashi fought with one large sword and with one smaller sword: a katana in one hand, a wakizashi in the other hand.
ОтветитьDidn't he just use one extra long sword in his biggest duels? and mind games
ОтветитьIs this fire emblem music it sounds very familiar
ОтветитьHe watched SAO, that's why
ОтветитьMusashi was hard core
Ответить"Why use weapon when there's a gun?" Musashi probably.
ОтветитьTrue
ОтветитьOden?
Ответить2 swords… Anakin!
ОтветитьImagine if Musashi saw kali or other duel sword masters. I think he would adapt so well squaring off against them and master their techniques as well
ОтветитьYou say two katanas but in all the photos it shows him using katana and wakizashi
ОтветитьHe didn't use two katana. A long sword and a companion sword.
ОтветитьIs there any biopic movie on this legendary swordsman??
Ответитьbecause he could
ОтветитьLove the 5 rings book - all young men should read it
Ответить"Git gud, scrub"
- Musashi
The IRL Darks Souls guy
Me, I'm famous for using both hands when I eat! And will do this to the end of my days.
ОтветитьJin Sakai is right!
Ответить“A man has two hands” - Musashi
ОтветитьIs this the same guy who slashed an opponent while bowing?
ОтветитьSo why'd he use an oar?
ОтветитьBecause he wanted to be like Michaelangelo...or Mikey wanted to be like him? More likely the latter.
Ответить"A warrior needs to train both of their hands for swordfighting, because you need to adjust yourself if you lost your dominant hand. If dual-wielding is more disadvantageous, then use your dominant hand."
- Miyamoto Musashi, the OG Japanese dual-wielder
Wonder if he met Escrima/Kali fighters from Philippines. Maybe in the fish market?
Ответитьits why i punch with both hands
ОтветитьVery famous for his dual sword style
His duel against sasaki kojiro
And that's how he use a paddle
Ответить"Press SHIFT to run"
- Miyamoto Musashi
He throwed short swords in a fight btw
ОтветитьMusashi went on to prove this tactic by arriving at the duel with Kojirō three hours late, armed with a repurposed boat oar (his way to counter the nodachi). He used his opponent’s outrage at him being so late/dishonoring him with a big piece of wood for a weapon, the setting sun reflecting into Kojiro’s eyes and the belief “A dub is a dub” to end the fight with one strike.
ОтветитьI remember one of Musashi's first fights was when he was a teenager and he killed a guy by beating him to desth with a boat oar.
ОтветитьWhy did he carry 2? Cuz he’s simply better
ОтветитьAnd so, Let Me Solo Her was born.
Ответитьwhen i heard musashi i thought of the fpe musashi-
