Splendid 20 years back , even amazing now

I actually received an email from a Nigerian, telling me I have won (I can't remember the exact figure, but it was really big),
and all I have to do is to pay a certain $ (can't remember was it for shipping & handling of cash $ !!!, or administrative fees), so they can release the funds to me !!!

I emailed back, asking him to deduct those administrative fees from the original "prize money" and send me the rest.

Needless to say, to this day, I am still waiting for his response !!!
