this is amazing...video only 7 years old(??!!!),,,but look at the different cars on track compared to 2024.....no 600 hp track monsters to be seen anywhere....just ordinary "dayilies".....good S7...but the old prob...shaped like a brick..no top speed..but still goes through "foxhole" with nearly 200 kmh.....cheers enjoyed that.
ОтветитьGood driving. Though, I thought he was being modest when at first he said "it's not that fast." I expected it to be a lot faster, but that thing is like slow civic performance with above average handling (in this config). It's nothing like the 620R
ОтветитьThe ADAC tow truck guy experienced what it would be like for WW2 bomber crews when the enemy fighters showed up
ОтветитьThat is a 4 wheel cigarette
ОтветитьRich enough to own a Ferrari? Nah I’m a dork, one of these and a Prius will do.
Ответитьyou gotta drive one yourself sometime
ОтветитьLa bussola gira al contrario
ОтветитьGostaria de poder ver mais videos com os Lotus Seven, sejam eles caterham ou não. Cara, tu pilota muito, meus parabéns!
ОтветитьOne of the best video laps from a Caterham. Great commentary Great driving and the best conditions to get the best out of the car. Owning an original Lotus Seven means that watching these videos makes me smile and happy that Graham Nearn kept the spirit alive. I’m sure Chapman is smiling down too.
Ответить@Misha - A new Caterham Lap would be great! ;)
Ответитьi must have one one of these days!
Ответить"355 hp per ton... so if we had two tons... it'd be...(checks math) 600hp!" Misha got some balls getting into a car with a guy who can't do math.
ОтветитьHi guys, i d'love to get a Seven but i'm 1,92m tall. Am i too tall for that car?
ОтветитьImagine your in a modern sports car and this old fashioned little match box comes flying past you
ОтветитьErrrr.... I once saw a 5.3 V8 928 towing a trailer-tent round the Nordschleife.
After I'd overtaken it in my "slightly modified" 1953 Triumph Mayflower, I waved and crashed.......
Erstaunlich überfahren nach Hatzenbach hatte ich schon kein Bock mehr. Krass, wie sich die Leute feiern
n
jesus this is beautiful to watch
Ответитьwill they allow for running ?😃in this track🤣
ОтветитьVery nice drive and just shows you don't need raw horse power to do the business
ОтветитьNothing says "Niche British Sports Car Built In A Shed" like constantly having to take your hands off the wheel and cup the gauges so that you can see if it's overheating :D
ОтветитьHow hard is it to fit an insulated Heat shield ???
ОтветитьSunshields on the gauges would be a good idea.
ОтветитьNice insect collection by the end.
ОтветитьClean fast driving style. Good work mate.
ОтветитьWas that a quater of a tank of fuel? For one lap? Damn ... thats "add nothing but lightness" if I ever saw it :-D
ОтветитьGood driving. A k-swap would be kick ass 😀 maybe a bit scary-er
ОтветитьI've just started building one of these. This is WHY! lol
Ответитьreally nice driving there mate, beautiful car and wow your just blitzing past everyone. some of the other cars and drivers were dangerously slow. This kind of driving experience reminds me of driving on the Isle of Man on the TT mountain section when its one way during the race weeks.
Those tires have a lot of grip, i was surprised how much speed your taking some corners and for sure know that track. I guess the 40 people who put a thumbs down must be the ones you overtook haha.
I would be terrified to ride passenger in that. I can feel the speed, from here
ОтветитьBentley fast, but will feel twice as fast
Ответить"it's really not a car about max speed you know"
It's a car about everything else - my dream toy <3
what a nice car
ОтветитьWow made that look easy 👍
ОтветитьLove the car Hate the prissy British announcers
ОтветитьWhat a stud driver!
ОтветитьIt is insane how much speed you can carry into a corner because there is ZERO weight pushing you on. Who needs top speed if your average speed doesn't drop without it?
ОтветитьNice!! I have a motto - "If you can't drive fast, don't". Not this guy - smooth, no drama - very comfortable at speed. My complements!!
Ответитьnot bad for a car you can build in your shed
Ответитьjust awesome. what a car, and a very capable driver too. thanks for sharing this.
Ответить300 hp per ton is like a Miata with about 360 hp... no wonder it's fast!
ОтветитьGotta love it when you go to “like” a 3 year old video.... and you already liked it, 😂
ОтветитьVery well driven
ОтветитьLittle Devil !!!
ОтветитьMy best track record was 39min 56 sec (PIAGGIO CIAO SL - no windshield). Jokes apart is a beatiful circuit !!! :)
ОтветитьWow spettacolo 😯
ОтветитьCan’t even do 200kph - weak
Ответитьthis thing needs another gear, 190 max is just too slow, no matter how good it accelerates
ОтветитьMust be drag the drive with a passanger... Car gets like 20% slower
Ответить
