🙄 another one of these videos
Ответить👎🏻💤🥴
ОтветитьAt about $.65 per kilowatt hour does it work out cheaper than gas?
ОтветитьGreat video Dave, appreciate the info. Off topic, spent a day in Marco island visiting vacationing friends. Went to Keewaydin island for a day trip (boat) of shelling. We did not need to charge but Tesla needs to step up and have chargers on Marco. With you and Kyle’s pull, hopefully you can get that done. lol stay safe.
ОтветитьThanks Dave for another outstanding interview. We need Revel in Boston. EV mandates are perceived as evil because Americans want freedom of choice. But, air in NYC is so dirty, we need ride share and taxis limited to BEVs in 5 years.
Notice smart Revel marketing. They hide ugly areas with baby blue signage and covers. I really like it and want to try Revel.
I Revel in hearing about companies like this!
ОтветитьSo, it's not government regulation that is slowing the process. It's the private utility that cannot provide the service...
Ответитьgood to see places like this exist. need more kempower for sure. .
ОтветитьGreat video! Love to see more Kempower sites
ОтветитьOne of your best videos, Dave.
ОтветитьWhy is it that golf cart charging stations rarely ever have a canopy over the car? What idiot would charge a golf cart in the rain without a canopy? It is precious that a person like Dave is shilling for charging stations after stealing tens of thousands of dollars of taxpayer subsidies for his golf cart purchases.
ОтветитьTy Dave.
ОтветитьRobert (Bobby) is doing a great job monitoring these awesome charging sites! I bet that his job is very frustrating because he has to deal with a large amounts of red tape in the city of New York.
ОтветитьAnother great one! Thanks, Dave.
ОтветитьThis is great, tackling one of the biggest hold ups in EV adoption more charging and treating it like a gas station.
ОтветитьNice job. Thanks for being upbeat. Will you speculate about Elon running the DOGE department and what effect it will have on the EV market? I'm a deficit hawk like Elon is, but I'm concerned that his efforts will further slow down EV adoption and hurt EV sales, including Tesla's (qualifying EVs/individuals currently receive up to $7500 point of sale discounts on new EVs, and $4k on used EVs, plus U.S. battery manufactories receive $45/kwh). These two subsidies seem like low hanging fruit for budget cuts along with the Biden infrastructure electrification efforts. This seems counter to Tesla's stated mission, doesn't it? Though complicated internationally, I'd prefer DOD cuts. According to Google, " In 2023, the U.S. spent $916 billion on its military, which was over 40% of the world's total military spending. The U.S. military budget is roughly the size of the next seven largest military budgets combined." A lot of this money is wasted through cost plus contracts which actually pays for contractors to run over budget. Very inefficient. If they drain the swamp, I'm hopeful that they will put a lot of thought into it. However, it appears that a lot of chaos will result assuming that all of Trump's appointments make it through the confirmation process. Your thoughts?
ОтветитьI live in NJ and when we had our 2011 Nissan Leaf these types of chargers would have been a godsend. However with most EV's getting 250 mies of range, most commuters would not have to charge in the city. However, these are needed for the growing number of rideshare drivers, driving EV's. They are clogging up fast chargers in the NY,NJ metro area.
ОтветитьThe upside of Dave's EV again running out of battery is that he has time to make a charging station video!
ОтветитьThanks for sharing this info. Glad to see their plan to expand out to other metropolitan areas within the US. Much needed to further expand EV adoption
ОтветитьVery informative video "Dave" keep the good work 😊
ОтветитьKempower for the win! We love those here in Europe. Always work, fast, 25kW gradient on power..
Hope to see sh*t ton more of Kempower.
You can also press the screen and see charging curve, what is limiting, car or charger, what time it take to 80% etc. And scan the QR to take the charging curve with you. Love it!
Ответитьgreat podcast
ОтветитьPlease come to Long Island. Our charging infrastructure is terrible.
ОтветитьI would love to see a lot more Level 2 chargers around malls and shopping centers.
ОтветитьMaybe they can subsidized some other ev charging companies that might want to support less dense areas, but its good to know of more ev changing stops available across the country for those of us who may want to road trip across country in an ev. With the speed it might be nice to get charged per minute.
ОтветитьGood job Revel.
ОтветитьYour share is fantastic! It's informative and insightful. I've gained a lot from it.
ОтветитьNot sure if that is a good location. That south street area got flooded pretty bad during Sandy. One bad storm and that entire infrastructure will be under water
ОтветитьLike Kempower but not everyone likes or wants a Tesla so good there is CCS as well and it's a 50/50 split between J3400 & CCS1 connectors.
