Truly, 'Roman Holiday' is an evergreen romantic movie. Both Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn are no more with us today but they live in our heart through their superb acting. No, not acting, they actually live in it, making this beautiful movie ever memorable

There are many great romantic films from the Golden Age of Hollywood! "Roman Holiday" is only one of them! "Gone With The Wind" 1939, one of the all time greats, a multi-award winning epic film, "The Little Shop Around The Corner" (1940) a rare gem! Audrey in "Breakfast At Tiffanys (1960) , "Gigi", a musical Best Picture of the Year (1960) Audrey starred in Gigi on Broadway, her first stage performance which she won an award for! And one of the all time great sweeping romantic films...Dr. Zhivago (1964) with gorgeous cinematography and great acting with beautiful Academy award winning British actress Julie Christie and the late very handsome talented Egyptian actor Omar Sharif, a must see! Another old classic tear jerking romantic film is the British film, "Brief Encounter" millions of people have loved that one since the 1940s and don't forget the classic romantic Best Picture of the Year all time great film, "Casablanca", starring the late greats Humphrey Bogart and beautiful super talented Swedish actress Ingrid Bergman who was in many great romantic films in the 1930s, 40s and 50s!! Don't forget to get the BIG picture!!♥♥♥♥♥♥

P.S. do you know one of the most famous scenes in "Roman Holiday" was when very handsome multi-talented Gregory Peck and beautiful inside and out Audrey visit the famous "Mouth of Truth'! Gregory pulled his hand up his sleeve, put his arm in the "Mouth of Truth" and when he pulled it out it looked like he lost his hand! Audrey didn't know that he was going to do that and her scream was an authentic scream thinking Gregory had really lost his hand! That scene wasn't directed by the late great Billy Wilder, it was completely natural! ♥♥

I have been to Italy 3 times One of it was to only Sicily, Rome 2 times First time I was in Rome Italians love this movie and had her picture plastered on every wall. there was. If there was a paper, I would hang on the walls of L.R. and kitchen which is 13.5' X 26' Which also serves as a D.R. as well.

I can watch this movie 100 times.
